The service from Eglee in the Guildford store was incredibly helpful and made decisions of what to buy very easy. The quality of the products is to a good standard and tasteful with a lasting impression. I went to the Guildford store to…
I went to the Guildford store to enquire about the Floren coffee table which I saw online. A £900+ purchase.
The service in the store was excellent and the quality of the table was too so I placed an order.
After the order was placed it has been a disaster: the order was delivered with only the coffee table legs, no top. Then I complained about this and rejected the failed delivery. Helpfully the person on the phone refunded the delivery fee and reiusssd the delivery. But they didn’t provide any details that the table was now out of stock and wouldn’t be delivered for another month! I then waited weeks and heard nothing about the new delivery despite calling twice.
I then gave up and cancelled the order rather than being stuck in limbo.
Great products, terrible reliability of service and delivery.

What a fabulous store. Today was my first visit to the Guildford store but it won't be my last. Really lovely and good quality furniture, soft furnishings and faux flowers and plants. Bought a couple of great quality cushion covers and feather and down pads and received excellent service.

Many thanks for great patience and time to the team in Guildford - Danielle (hope I spelled the name somewhat correctly), who assisted in pre-purchase testing of a table lamp base and even offered a new lamp from their warehouse to compare and choose the best colour of the leather, and to another lady a few days after who played along trying to pick a perfect match of a shade to the lamp.
