Terrible customer service
I ordered a table online and it was delivered in March and it had a dent in it. I spoke to customer services and they said they’d collect and issue a refund. I still haven’t had the refund, or been contacted to collect the table and my last 4 emails have gone unanswered. I’ve phoned and been told they will be in touch and nothing. I’ve spent a lot of money with them in the past and wasn’t expecting this at all.

A warm and professional service
Will was warm at the Guildford branch is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. My purchases were beautifully wrapped with so much attention to detail. I will be returning to the store rather than purchase online just for the warm welcome and service .

Disappointed we could not collect from the shop
The Staff are very helpful but disappointingly the bench we bought in the sale could not be delivered to the shop and collected from the shop. this incurred an additional delivery cost of £60. This took a big chunk out of the savings on otherwise generous sale price.

Our first time buying at Oka. The shop in Guildford was amazing. Beautiful merchandise, very clean and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The refreshing thing was that we could walk away with our purchases. Didn’t have to order and wait for delivery. A wonderful experience.
