Delivery date cancelled, could not make alternative arrangements for the rearranged date. Oka did not communicate with the delivery company to arrange a better time or date as requested, instead driver turned up at an inconvenient time.

Zoe was absolutely fantastic!! She delivered an exceptional and very professional service. She understood exactly what I needed and has a GREAT eye for detail. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough! All the staff were both helpful and…
All the staff were both helpful and knowledgable. Emma in particular was outstanding. She went above and beyond to help me choose a beautiful rug and a rechargeable lamp with a silk shade. In addition she organised items in the sale from elsewhere which subsequently was delivered to Harrogate so I could collect them rather than paying charges for delivery.
