Staff always helpful but not over attentive. Nice also to see new products being displayed so that on each visit one seems to see something different.

I love the products however it seems…
I love the products however it seems that nothing is actually available to buy. I ordered a rug, some lamp bases and pictures last year, was told there would be a 3 month wait, but I would get them before Xmas. Didn’t get delivery until January.
I’ve just ordered some faux greenery on line - as the stock in my local showroom was very limited - won’t be available until the end of September? Quite bizarre.
My local store is usually a great source of inspiration and full of stock, but last week the store looked empty. Don’t get me wrong, lots of things to look at but none of the sumptuous displays that we normally see.

We received excellent service from Michelle L in Harrogate today and bought a number of new things for the home. She was friendly and went beyond what is expected. This is why I only make purchases for the home in a shop and not online.

Have been wanting the outdoor Areca cushions for a while but they sold out in the last sale online. I rang the Guildford shop but sadly they had sold out but the very nice man there informed me that another shop had them.
