Fast delivery and well packaged. Good price too on the Black Friday sale. Took me a couple searches on the website to find what I was looking for, but that's because they have such a wide selection of products too - so swings and roundabouts.

Item not shipped, refund not received.
They advertised a product and accepted an order, but then didn't ship or send any updates. Had to chase them, they decided they'd made a mistake and had no stock.
Still waiting for refund a week later.

OKdo were great, delivery wasn't
OKdo were great, right up to their choice of delivery partner - Sadly they used the POst Office the experts under delivery (or at least late delivery). Parcel showed up a day later than OKdo and PO said.
