Okdo gets it done

ordered some devices that are very popular and hard to find in stock with the present global supply chain issues, turn up nice and fast and great packaging as well.

I bought a Raspberry pi 400 which was dead on arrival. I get this happens but their site clearly says to email them prior to returning an item if it's faulty to obtain a prepaid envelope. Problem is, I've email them 3 times and no one has replied. Unfortunately it looks like an appointment with the small claims court will be needed here.

UPDATE: having tried again, they still have not responded. That's 5 times now. There is something clearly very wrong here. I tried contacting them on twitter and I got a response asking me to DM them my order number but they have DMs turned off so I can't do that. When I message them to say this they just started retweeting all messages without adding a comment. Please everyone, be very wary of this lot. They've got over £100 of my money now and they won't talk to me or respond to any of messages.

FURTHER UPDATE: I'm still waiting for my refund. They have acknowledge that they have received the returned item but told me it would take five days to get the money back in my account that was 8 working days ago. I have now had to raise a complaint with PayPal. This really is not good enough.

It is simply as it's described.

Everything works properly, the metal case for the pi is great and easy to assemble. The Pi itself is already up and running.

Disgusting service. Made an order in advance, on the site there are conditions for delivery within 1-2 days. The order was sent after 4 days, I did not have time to receive it, since I had already left the hotel, I repeatedly contacted representatives in the store. The order is now at the hotel where I lived, but it was delivered after my departure. Now the store refuses to contact the carrier to return the goods. Will have to go to court.

One of the few places you can still get raspberry pis! The pack was great and included everything I needed to set it up and it came really quickly! Would recommend.

Never done business with these before and always a bit dubious with first orders but needn't have worried. Item was as described and delivered the following day as stated.

I have placed an order with express delivery but has not received the item even after 5 days. When I call them they are saying it's with Royal mail. In Royal mail tracking it's showing they have not received the item. I requested for a cancellation and full refund but still no response! I lost my money. Please don't buy from them.
