Richard Turpin wore a mask..... MAKE SURE you have £2k limit on your credit card. deposit has gone up car payment and fuel price deposit take you over £1500, or they work some magic for CC to be declined....really rude staff and obviously on commission to ROB customers... Pathetic.

Worst ever company! They cheated us with 153 euro!! I have rented in January from milano bergamo airport an Peugeot 2008 with snow chains, and i received mg with sommer tires and snow sockets (not chains).
We traveled to france in the mountains and police stoped us because we were with winter tires and without snow chains. We had to buy from our money snow chains with 153euro.
I talked with costumer service and they said to let the snow chains in the car and i will receive my money for the chains from them. Its april and still i did not received anything. They passed me from one to another guy and nothing solved!! Will never book again. And i will talk with a lawyer.

Collecting the vehicle and returning was very easy

Good price, pick up and drop offs were timely, car was clean, didn’t try and aggressively upsell and customer service was very good. Zero complaints

I wish I could give a negative rating. My experience with OKMobility at Malpensa Airport was extremely disappointing. It a deceitful and disengenuous rental provider.

We hired a car for four days and were given a Ford Kuga that already had multiple dents. We were advised to take photos, but also reassured that all existing damage had been recorded in their initial report. Unfortunately, this turned out not to be the case. Due to the late pickup time (after 9:30pm) and travelling with a young child, we relied on their assurance and didn’t photograph every single mark.

At return, the process felt very one-sided. The staff member went through the vehicle asking for photos of each dent. When we couldn’t provide a photo for one of them, we were told it wasn’t on their system and would be charged. At that point, the inspection effectively stopped. No photo was taken of the alleged new damage, and the report itself did not clearly document or timestamp the issue.

We were subsequently charged €400. While I have excess insurance, the situation is frustrating — not just because of the cost, but the lack of transparency and the administrative hassle of reclaiming it with insufficient documentation.

Overall, the experience felt unfair and avoidable. The small saving versus more established rental companies simply isn’t worth the risk or stress. Avoid them at all costs, they don't deserve your custom.

Try to get rent a car one of the biggest airport in Europe, Barcelona and get worst ever service… how come this kind of company is able to run… cancelled our reservation, went to next Hertz and got perfect service… same city same law/rules but different attitude… never ever use this company and i ll put official statement on them in every way…

I can't say too much about it. They'd waited to me even more than intermediate says. Nice staff to talk to. Explain all details excellent. Dropped off nice, quick and easy.

After 3 months post renting in Abu Dhabi, UAE, I have still not been refunded my $1500 AED deposit even though there were no issues with the car, and it was fully refuelled. As at 01 Apr 26, they are now completely ignoring my messages on their only contact platform, being Whatsapp. Avoid them IMO.

This is my third time renting with OK Mobility at Lyon Airport, and as always, the experience was great. The team is consistently friendly and provides clear, straightforward information. It’s always a smooth rental process!

Definitely nor recommending them after last experience. They prefered to let me lose my booking, than to take payment from 2 different cards, or accept to make a 10 euro discount.
They've lost us and all our friends as customers.
