ordered something but just never heard back. the phone numbers are invalid. the website contact thing does nothing. tried emailing but not heard back yet. the payment has not been taken out as of today (5 days after making it) but still uncomfortable with this company knowing my bank details now. avoid.

This company is a scam ! They also have Manchester domestics which is also a scam !! Police do nothing… bank do nothing

THIS IS A SCAM ! but nothing illegal ! If you've purchased anything contact your bank .
This appears to be a common scam. The website has been easily setup as an online store and legally they're not doing anything wrong. If goods aren't received and you're able to contact them they will say it's a supply chain issue but you won't be able to speak to anyone.
They have provided 2 phone numbers and an email address. The shop relies on people not to contact their bank to claim the money back. 100% of goods ordered are not delivered, but only 20% of buyers bother to contact their bank to make a dispute and reclaim.

SCAM - Ordered a coffee machine, missed first delivery, they emailed with details of another delivery date with a tracking number, still no delivery. They emailed to ask if I wanted a refund which I have never got. Have never heard from them since. Reported to my credit card company.

They need jail time, not stars. make no mistake- they are scammers.

Scam company!! Would not answer messages and phone numbers don’t work. When I contacted bank the name used when they took money out bank was in a foreign country DON NOT USE

Had to claim back from my debit card. AVOID!

Thieving cons don't ever use this lot they're just scam your monies off u,luckily we got our monies back so there is hope for others who have been scammed
