Ordered a washing machine was meant to be delivered on the 6th of September and still haven't arrived tried contacting both the company and nothing what a total scam

Ordered a coffee machine. They mark it as despatched. Tracking code don't track. So first email reply was wait 5 days if it'd not arrived by then we will issue a full refund. 2nd delivery day missed so emailed these con merchants. They don't reply now. So I've taken it up with visa now.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
WHO SAYS ITS WITH THE COURIER COMPANY THAT DONT EVEN EXIST.
AVOID OLDSCHOOLELECTRONICS.COM AT ALL COST.
OR BE PREPARED TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!

DO NOT purchase anything from this site it is a SCAM. I placed an order in August of this year and my item was pushed back till the 6th September their excuse was they had many orders placed and that they were behind even though they gave me a tracking number the site did not reply to emails so I could not contact them. Oldschoolelectronics offered me a 20% discount once I received my order or I could ask for a full refund. I opted for the refund and I was told it will be returned in 5 days, contacted them on Monday 4th September was told to wait a further 3 business working days got to Thursday 7th sent an email no reply waited till Friday 8th still no refund. Contacted my bank on Friday evening and reported it, they are going to chase this so called company to try and get the money back, but the advisor said it may be difficult. I will get my refund as I am protected by using my debit card. Again please do not use this site it is a SCAM.

Ordered a washing machine on line paid by debit card but three weeks later no delivery tried phoning but both lines do not answer sent messages and emails but nothing.It looks very much like a scam pitching their prices low to suck you in. DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE. go elsewhere. i gave it one star in order to post a review .

Ordered fridge/freezers and was given a delivery date..which came and went..unable to get access with anyone at the company.

As with previous recent reviews similar has occurred with me . Delivery date missed , next date missed. Tried to contact via phone lines dead , via emails no response , vis " so called courier " no response . Believe all good ratings were uploaded by scammers and associates .
SURELY THIS SITE MUST BE TAKEN DOWN BEFORE MORE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMED !!!

Scam, this is clearly a scam they take payment but do not dispatch the goods. Tracking number given for the delivery company does not exist, no response to emails sent to OldSchool `electronics OR the carrier Shipping World.

Ordered a strimmer. Was told delivery would be delayed. This date came and went. Tried calling in both numbers on the website but they just ring out. No reply via email. Absolute scam. DO NOT USE

Totall scam. Stay away from this website. Money was taken, promised delivery yesterday. No answers to phone or live chats.

Stock is fake.

Confirmation email is fake.
No tracking.
No nothing.
Just FAKE.
Avoid avoid avoid. Save your money and get your goods elsewhere with trusted places like Curry’s, Very etc not this goofball site.

Total scammers. Taken money but never delivered the item. Chased the message option and emails but not replies. 2 numbers on ther web page one is dead the other never gets answered. People like these need to be found out and banged up

Clearly a scam ordered washing machine over 2 weeks ago. Delivery date been & gone no response to emails have reported to bank for fraud investigation

Completely ghosted, I would not order from here if I were you, steer away!!

scam MONEY TAKEN first delivery date missed, second delivery date missed, no answer from chat system, previous when there was was no answers to questions raised, just said product would arrive but then does not! phone lines dead, no reply when chasing carrier from probably a fake carrier web site, companies involved missed tax deadlines and changes of directors on company house records. so do exist but seems a total SCAM...would update if any progress,

Same as others, fridge ordered 18th but despite chasers never arrived. Phone numbers are fake also.

Waiting for over two weeks for a washing machine for my 74 year old mother ripped her off for £170, absolute disgrace. Someone needs to investigate these people

I ordered a fridge freezer. The money was taken a week ago but no delivery. I emailed the company who said delivery would be today and that the courier would contact me beforehand. No tracking number provided, not even the name of the courier company. No email to confirm dispatch. Nothing. Very quick to take the money, customer service is severely lacking!

This company is a scam been waiting for two weeks now not answering the phone or email trackers say deliver day then when that has passed no more tracking available
