Do not buy anything, you will not receive your order, it is scam, i checked trustpilot website before i make my payment, it was showing good feedbacks and it was 4 stars out of 5 , therefore i bought a washing machine in Agustos and never received it. Now their feedback drop 4 to 1 now. Unfortunately i trusted this website trustpilot reviews and make payment. 😕so extra careful ..you cannot reach them on any contact number they don't anwer. I send email they didn't answer. DO NoT BUY, buy form well knowing companies

Fake. Takes money and delivers nothing. The 5 star review clearly fake so why is it still showing?

Looks like we have been scammed also, do not pay them as the goods never show up!

My dad ordered a lawnmower, it never came . We clicked on the message button on the website they emailed us a link luckily I did not click on it, do not click on any links from them!!

Scam. Paid for digital piano but never received. Non of phone numbers are working. Neither email. Contacted to my bank to get refund.

as with other reports nothing has turned up, nothing has been replied to when messaged. Similarly with delivery company.

Old School Electonics/Garden Warehouse is not a legitimate website.
It's obviously a scam.
A Fridge Freezer I bought never arrived.
You can't phone them. The 2 mobile numbers on their website are not in order.
What a despicable fraud this is.
How long before Trading Standards shuts this website down?
It's made me less trusting of online shopping.
I will check reviews in future - before buying.

Same as everyone else's experience, money taken but no goods received. Same scenario with fake courier etc. Disgusting people, have reported to action fraud but no doubt they will open up under another name and carry on!

It's scam company. My order is never delivered. Ordered on 26 August and paid. Phone numbers do not work and messages never answered. Initiating to get my money back from card company.

Avoid at all cost. No delivery after initial contact and order details. I had to go through the bank to get a refund.

Ordered a washing machine on 3.8.2023. I received a confirmation email, followed by another with a delivery date of 9.9.23. I have received nothing although payment was taken from my bank immediately. No response to emails. Tracking number does not work and courier also does not reply to emails.
THIS IS SO OBVIOUSLY A SCAM. I HAVE RAISED A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK.
Incidentally, the positive reviews on this site have glaring grammatical errors and I would suggest that they were not written by anyone with English as a first language.

Definitely a scam site so save your money & shop elsewhere.
It's worth getting in touch with your bank as I've had my money back

My order was never delivered, at least my bank was able to dispute it to get my money back but it was so stressful. Normally I am more careful to avoid these things but I'm sure they know that by claiming to sell essential products like washing machines they can catch someone unawares who is in a rush to replace one that has broken, despicable. Take a look at the other reviews and you will see negative ones are more specific and positive are more generic, indicating deception. Buyer beware!

Bought a ninja airfryer on 18 august 2023
Paid in full was told it would be delivered 31st all looked genuine, even the tracking number and courier
Then day before it was due to be delivered got an email to say they were sorry for the delay but couldn’t deliver till 6/8/23. Offered me full refund or 20% off purchase price for the inconvenience. Really wanted the item as it was a birthday gift so was prepared to wait even with the delay
It wasn’t till the 6/9/23 came and past and still no delivery till I got suspicious I’d been scammed
No replies from anyone through email nor phone

This site needs to be taken off the net

This company is a scam. They take the payment (through a secure portal) and create fake tracking details, then just never ship goods. Don't buy from them.

No goods delivered and no emails or phone calls answered.
