This company Olin are totally unreliable and seek to profit by constantly cutting off their clients supply suggesting insufficient funds being available on a regular basis . The speeds guaranteed ie the 1GB service for 30 euros never receives more than 600 mb or so only to waste time ringing technical service. Dont waste your time and money as I have after more than a year learn inexpensively from this review from a genuine disgruntled over patient too loyal customer

Horrendous customer service experience. Closed the account and was still charged for 2 more months, cancellation fee, another cancellation fee on top of the first, and an extra charge that customer service could not explain. Do NOT get OLIN!!! Worst!

Again 4 days no internet in la alcaidesa. And still waiting for them to react!! This keeps happening alot with Olin. Unfortunately I will start looking else were.

Over 1 week without internet, calling daily and no one seems to be interested, always same reply, we took note and pass urgency to our technical Department..
Does the technicians exist on this company or they are only interested to get customers and when you have a problem nobody takes care?
Seems also offering alarms now, if this is the service good luck with that, you can have squatters at your home, by the time they responding to you

I needed a new internet connection when I moved houses, and Sergej from the customer service team at Olin was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They quickly arranged for a technician to do the installation, which was great as we needed it urgently. Everything went very smoothly.
We were so happy with the service that we even switched all our family’s mobile phone contracts over to Olin, as they offered very competitive prices. One of the phone lines turned out to be blocked by the previous operator and registered under the wrong name, which made the portability process impossible at first. It ended up taking around two months to resolve, but Andrea from Olin (San Pedro) supported us every step of the way. She never gave up, always looked for new solutions, and truly went the extra mile for us.
Thanks to her dedication and the overall great service from the team, I’m very pleased with Olin and highly recommend them!

Unfortunately, the internet has been down since Wednesday 4 June and nobody is taking care of it. They know about the problem because there are several outages, but they don't solve it. Very poor service.
Since Monday 9 July, everything has been running smoothly again. There has been no feedback.

Olin Marbella booked me an appointment to get Internet Installed in my house. I had one week to ensure it was completed, it took 4 days of sitting in my house to finally get Installed. The first day, they need to find another street box to add my wires, the second day they called too late to show up, the third day the technician called to say he could not come in the set time I was given and after a phone call to customer services as I was flying home the next day they sent Oleksandr who came all the way from Malaga to fit the internet which he did really efficiently he gets the 5 stars .. although a bit of a rocky start I have heard good things about Olin and the internet seems strong. I am grateful Olin customer services made good on their promise to get my internet fitted before flying out.

Alexandra was excellent. She is pleasant and knowledgeable. I wanted to expand my wifi coverage with a mesh router. She was very helpful. She explained everything about the product including how to install. I signed the contract and left to store with a router. Great customer service. Thank you.

Promised internet to be fixed in 1 day, it’s been already 5 days and nothing. Support doesn’t say anything, it’s impossible to reach the technical team and get any approximate timeline. If you want to be without internet go to oliv!

Used Olin. Had 5 euro a month phone bill to keep my number
Visited Thailand.
My number was not activated on my phone.
Got a bill for over 100euros from them. From people spam calling me that I have been paying for 2 months
How is it possible for me to get spammed called and have to pay for it.
Month of feb 2025. 7 spam calls. 35 euro.
Each spam call that comes in 5 euro I pay.
Basically Robbery. Don’t go with Olin.
Go with the more mainstream ones. These guys are a joke.

Its the most unqualified mobile data and telecom service.
IT NEVER works outside of Spain. Even if I write emails and call to inform that I will be traveling the service fails. They shut everything of. Not only mobile data but also the possibility to make any phonecalls whatsoever.
The customer service say they shut down to protect! WTF that's whats dangerous. They should send a message first and question any unusual activity.
It takes full days to get the service activated and you will be in full custody of the use of someone else's phone in order to be able to try and activate.
DO NOT buy this service if you want to feel safe!

I tried to return the router 34 days after the contract ended. They won't take it and I've been charged 120€. Meanwhile l wanted to have a new contract with them in my second home and they won't let me use the router l paid for. They asked me to buy a brand new router. None ethic nor moral. Shame on you Olin. Never again.

With out any question - the worst Company I have ever worked with ….. been out internet for 2 months now - finally they change the fiber cable …. But it is still not working - now they say that the problem is in a Block number 32 on my street - and they dont have a key for that building …. So I am still waiting ….. and offcourse still paying my monthly fee ….. without recieving any signal
