I should have read these reviews before purchasing. Very cheap Chinese products, the bracelet chain broke within a few hours, the ring after 2 days of wearing it, made my skin underneath it, gray. I have been emailing them & they are promising me a 15% refund, which is laughable, it's been 10 days and they still have yet to send me anything. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I would give this 0 stars if I could - is a total scam, drop shipped crap from China, their customer service is just a AI algorithm - BEWARE

SCAM! All the other 1-star reviews on here are true. Chinese drop scam, fake store-closing sale, fake Canadian boutique store, fake story of single mom inspired by her son. Very convincing at first but look at Luna & Lucas - legit the EXACT same products, same About Us, same background story etc. etc. Word for word. If we are both located in Canada, why is it coming from China? Why isn't there a location listed on the website? Jewelry did show up and is so cheap and fake. Its all A.I. generated BS. I am disputing with my credit card company.

I am in receipt of my order, I absolutely love the ring. The size was spot on. The communication was great, they kept in touch and followed up with all the queries I had. I had a good experience.

Cheap quality got ruined within days.

This is a fake company. I ordered bracelets and paid over $70 for dainty gold pearl bracelets and weeks later I received a bunch of junk from China. I am now going back and forth with the merchant fighting for a refund that they keep telling me they will process but never do. Do not fall for this scam. I am in the process of disputing the transaction with my credit card provider.

Ordered a ring on there “false going out of business sale”, ordered the size based on the size guide and came way too big. I decided to order a smaller size based on what I received, well this ring came in small than my size 5 wedding band and was supposed to be a size 6. I was told they’d send the right size or refund, so I’m more than happy for one refund and one exchange. They the no said no, even after communication through email suggested otherwise. I don’t suggest ordering anything, Chinese store front that ripped off a real store.

These guys are impersonating a real company Vader in the uk. All the products are basically made in china crap. They don’t look like the pics, are not dainty and are low quality costume jewelry . Don’t fall for any of the story behind the brand or “handmade” claims.

The rings are excellent quality and are really pretty. Customer service is happy to help. The shipping was quite quick. Thank you.

Same as everyone here. Bought through instagram, saw it was shipping through China, got a fake shipping email. Luckily I disputed this charge right away with my bank. But BE CAREFUL shopping online and do your research.

Same unfortunate story as everyone here. I saw an ad, didn’t do enough research, and then got a shipping confirmation that it’s coming from China. This is not a single mom whose business is going under. There’s a reason the prices are so cheap (and available elsewhere). I didn’t receive my order. Do not buy them from!

It’s definitely a scam. After reviewing their website, in next 5 min IG showed me ad with the another company, same products, same story from single mom and son but different name LunaLukasjewels. I assume there many of them. Be careful !

completely fake and very sneaky. I placed an order through facebook (please report them on facebook, it's so disappointing that meta isn't monitoring this closely enough). received no confirmation email or tracking number. luckily paid through PayPal who is investigating but GET THIS--after waiting a week with no communication after the order, I reached out through email and no response. I waited another week to email again, no response. so I file a dispute with PayPal...IMMEDIATE response, I mean immediate. And it's another sob story about working with integrity and the tough decision to close the family run business and having open disputes hurts their scores blablabla they ask me if I would close the dispute. they even supplied a tracking number that I almost believed. I'm glad PayPal will protect this transaction but this just sucks so much! I can't believe I didn't google it beforehand but I trust facebook...first and last time
