SCAM, FRAUD, keep away!

Please, keep away from this so called jewelry website! Drop shipping from China of crap quality (that is if it ever arrives), with no possibility of return or reimbursement (which they offer on their website). Return at your cost back to China at your own expense. Fishing for women empathy with the AI generated photos of the single mother going out of business. Their FB page image is different from their website. There is another page called Lucas&Luna, the same scam on the different page. The AI images on the website and FB with the single mother in the actual jewelry shop manipulate the customer to think that there is an actual shop and a single mother.

Made an order with them, that wanted to cancel 30 min later. Response: we already processed and fulfilled your order, it is ready to be shipped. In 30 Min.
After 18(!) emails with copy/paste responses, I managed to make them confess that they are indeed drop shipping "business" and they do not have warehouse in Canada, they ship directly from "overseas".

This is what you can do:
- Report to safe browsing phishing in Google
- contact your bank as soon as possible, they will remove Oscar right to use their credit card provider.
- contact organization called BBB
- complain to Meta

If I could give a 0 star I would

If I could give a 0 star I would. This is absolutely disgusting. This company is a scam. Products are from China and when I inquired about it, they said they partnered with a company in China for their warehouses. The products I have received today is horrible, they are cheap and comparable to stuff you get from SHEIN and Temu. I feel like I got scammed. I reached out to them again this was their response:
“I truly appreciate your kind words and honest feedback. Just a heads-up, some of our designs have been copied and listed on sites like Temu at much lower prices. We’re not affiliated with those platforms, and the quality doesn’t compare to our carefully sourced, authentic pieces.”
This is terrible. Please do not waste your money. I regret spending $150CAD to this company in hope that I’m supporting a single mother. Never again!

Domain was only made less than a month ago as well. - should have checked prior.

SCAM Company that ships junk from China

They run ad campaigns on Facebook saying they are a Canadian jewelry run by a single mom that is going out of business but this is a scam. As soon as I called them out on claiming they're a Canadian business and reported them for fraud, they closed their ad campaigns and moved to a new name Luna & Lucas with the same sob story about a single mother going out of business. I have all the saved screenshots of their old ad campaign before I caught them out on the fraud. There is no Montreal or Canadian boutique. If you order they send you a weird link of junk coming from China apparently. DO NOT BUY!
