More then a disaster is a FRAUD
More then a disaster is a FRAUD! Absolutely NO SERVICE and HUGE FEES! After you wait for approval few months for a 700 EUROS FEE - you will talk alone months later. Nobody there! They allegedly aproved my account by a system message - but thats it! Nothing else happen! No web access like in a usual bank, no service at all. Looks like a real FRAUD!
P.S. For every consult they ask 10 euros and you will have a lot of troubles made artifically to pay that fees!

Poor and useless support service.
Cant login to my account already 2 weeks.
Provided all requested files to verify myself for phone number manual update. Got the confirmation fro. Bank of done change, but in system still till now nothing changed.
Few times they answered on my request with update via copy/pasted standart reply , like they escalated my situation, technical support works on and bla bla bla.
For now i have no idea that's going on , bcs they just ignoring my emails.
Elso , they ignored my booked phone call few days ago and NOONE not contacted me ! Unprofessionals !
I was waiting incoming money funds to that bank , as result , till current minute no idea if money received on my FR iban or not.
I am the ex -physical bank сo-worker and I now the all banking system process , system in general and rules. That's why right now gonna contact theirs banking license provider first.
I swear , I will go till the end, but this scam project with unresponsible human support will remember my name, if they won't fix everything immediately and now !!!

Operational but obsolete bank
The image is modern, but the operations are from 30 years ago. It is an archaic bank with a modern look.
The website advertised that you would get an IBAN immediately, which is true, but with one important caveat: you cannot use it immediately, only after going through a tedious KYC process.
Going through the KYC process is not only slow, but also costs around €600. I have never seen this at a bank before.
All the fees associated with the account are outrageously high.
Some of the processes, such as requesting a bank card, are carried out by filling in obsolete PDF forms. Nowadays, all fintech companies do this easily with a single click.
What is the advantage of operating with Olky? Quite simply, there is none. Not even having an IBAN in Luxembourg gives you the level of privacy that existed years ago.
Slow, expensive, difficult to use... it makes no sense to use this bank when there are so many better alternatives. I do not recommend it.
Yes, the rates are online, but that doesn't mean they're cheap. My opinion hasn't changed.
Banking regulations require you to identify your customers, but that doesn't mean KYC has to be tedious, especially when you're charging almost €600.
The facts remain the same.

My account in Olkypay neobank has been frozen/locked for a while now. I did provide all of the necessary documents, answers to all of their questions. It has been nearly 3 months, I have to eat, pay salaries, and take care of my family members. Christmas is also coming, but I am not even able to pay myself the salary, nor document taxation, and pay outstanding fees...
Everything was great at the start until it wasn't. No clear explanation, no exact answer what the current status of my banking account has. SEPA mandates revoked. Best part was I waited 2.5 months to get an answer which, and I quote was "We have received your message, we will provide you with an answer as soon as possible." A week ago.

The support is terrible and incompetent in their communication, asking for documents that are from a different country, giving me access to the details from another company (seems my review about that was removed!).
Every year this is the same problem and I am getting tired of this BS.
I am a customer for several years, and it is always incompetency that is the issues, not knowing the requirements, not communicating what is needed, when the account gets locked (not a word about that) and payments that expire without notifications.
Now it seems they have reactivated expired payments and paid the same bill twice without me asking.
- 4th of october: Radio silence.

We sent CEO's Selfie with ID. but you still wait selfie from company owner. directives that you give us to use the bank account is unacceptable. If we want a selfie with ID from company owner with 5000 employee, probably he fires us. And you don't even have any solution generator. I let you couple of e-mails. still waiting for respond. Please reach me out. Please give me a spesific customer consultant mail.
