Responsive, helpful and professional. A delight to deal with these guys

Outstanding service from Olson and Baker. Finlay booked visits to London showrooms for me, replied immediately to all my questions, accepted my dithering and changes of heart with patience and good cheer, understood what I was looking for and proposed different options. All my interactions with him were completely straightforward and he generally seemed like a lovely bloke - kind, efficient and helpful. I am very grateful to him, and to Olson and Baker for its exceptional service and terrific staff.

Really lovely company. They rang to check my order after I ordered. I mentioned I wasn’t sure about the cushion covers colour so they sent me samples and allowed me to change my mind about the colour when I received them. The garden furniture arrived when they said it would and the delivery company even assembled it and put it in the shed for me. Everyone I dealt with was really friendly and helpful. I love my new garden furniture! I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

A really helpful company. Through work, we purchase many different types of feature pendant lights and as such we have purchased from many different independent companies. Typically there is a pattern to the purchase procedure….a google search, a click on the link, enter card details, wait for an order confirmation and then silence while you wait for a delivery with very little contact from the “seller”….but with Olson & Baker it was slightly different, they made contact with us, they made the effort to keep us updated with order progress….this many sound like “nothing special”, but to us, this small gesture and order progression updates is the difference between a company that actually cares and one that just wants your sale.
Would I use them again?….absolutely

From ordering my Magis Bombo stools until their delivery, which was earlier than initially expected, the customer service of this company was top notch. Even more impressive as the stools were very competitively priced as well, so a win, win.

Terrific service in researching and ordering Bolia Visti Armchair. Numerous queries from me via email and phone were dealt with promptly and helpfully (special praise for Finlay). Liaised with Bolia for me to establish available fabrics and suggested & send various sample to consider. Happy to recommend them.

Great customer service. Followed up frequently while waiting for the arrival of my order and made sure everything arrived safely. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others or to use again myself.

Staff I spoke and had communication with were really helpful answered my queries directly and concisely - no waffle or hard sale. After purchase I was kept up to date with the financial and dispatch details, and in addition a mail to see if my purchase was satisfactory and up to my expectations. All of these made the whole online purchase feel more like a traditional in shop one. Excellent.

I bought a beautiful dining table from Olson and Baker and Finlay was so amazing. He managed to source the table from the European maker with a significantly shorter timeline than a famous furniture shop with a flagship on Tottenham Court Road! The communication and service were truly excellent, I would highly recommend them.

Exceptional customer service and loyalty to customers. We’ve bought a few large pieces and each time they have endeavoured to beat the price of a competitor as well as keeping in touch on delivery times and a white glove delivery. Really lovely people

Fantastic customer service. I was trying to match the oak of my new flooring with a coffee table and despite not having any spare samples of the wood to send out, they agreed to send their in-store sample just so that I could make sure it was the perfect match. Absolutely overjoyed with the coffee table and delighted with the fantastic service. Would absolutely buy from Olson and Baker again.

Great experience overall.
I was quite surprised when I received a call a few hours after placing my order, they wanted to check I ordered the right item and was comfortable with the lead time. Also followed up with an email a few days after the order was received to ensure I was happy with everything.
I really enjoyed the customer service and will definitely use them again.
