I would give it 0 stars if I could. Interesting to see the only 5-star review is from a Catherine....probably the Catherine I have been dealing with for the last 4 months to get a full refund for a VERY unsatisfactory product. I won't go into the ridiculous hoops and lack of communication that I had to go through to send it back to China. They kept offering me discounts to keep it rather than send it back! IT WAS UNWEARABLE! It finally arrived in China after 5 months of negotiation and I received a refund but only for the price of the coat and not the postage refund that I had demanded. This was a dreadful experience and I wasn't going to let them get away with it by giving up. Do not buy anything from this company - save yourself the heartache. They also trade under the name of Soolinen.

First order was for an outfit size LARGE. I received it size SMALL. Exchanging emails with Catherine was useless. Did not make sense to pay $58 (USPS) to send it back to China for a $107 outfit...especially when I knew I will not get my original item cost back, let alone the shipping cost.
On second order (shortly after the first order, so I "did not manage to learn the lesson"), we just got two different outfits that we were not interested in.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER. YOU WILL ONLY WSATE YOUR MONEY AND GET AGGRAVATED.

My experience has been terrible but can't give zero stars. It took weeks of emails to get the address for a return. They sent a different coat to the one ordered, I paid €49 to return it, which their website said will be refunded as it's their error, but they now won't. They refunded €38 less than I paid, which they say is due to exchange rate, but they advertise in euros. They keep offering discounts but as I would never shop with them again that is useless to me.

This is a scam site. I purchased a coat recently described as fully lined silk coat, received a cheap unlined polyester coat, very poorly made. I wear US L and purchased the coat XL still size was smaller. Cost me 220USD, when I asked them to return first they asked me to reconsider my decision then said they will only refund 20%, also discouraging me every possible way saying chinas custom is very slow and strict and it might take a long time. Catherine is a fraud and this company should not be in business. I have purchased from Chinese sites in the past but never encountered such and unpleasant shopping experience.

An outright scam.
First, the checkout process tells you the next step will be to review your order before finalizing it. In reality, it charges you on the spot, no going back.

Second, there is absolutely no more than a very superficial similarity between the item pictured and described, and the item received.
A green abstract print top with tiers of ruffles, elbow length sleeves also with ruffles described as cotton linen and expensively priced, on the website.
A light pure cotton white top with very multicolored flowers and birds, short sleeves with no ruffles on them, is what arrived.

Buyer beware.

The designs look good and say they are silk but are polyester.
I paid extra for a Fedex delivery as I needed the garment by a certain date but it didnt arrive and I cancelled the order. So they dispatched in spite of a clear instruction and not by Fedex
Now I have a useless rubbish outfit I cant get a refund from the robot 'Catherine' who replies to inquiries. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Horrible service. Vest I received is poor quality and HUGE. They will not take a return to the US address but insist I return to China at an exhoribant postage rate. DO NOT buy from these people. Total screwed and scammed.

This company is totally untrustful, after making an order which I received with the wrong merchandise, I contacted them to return it and get back the money.
a year has passed and I have not received a refund from it.
Please stay away from this scammers!! This is not a legit business.

Really bad quality of clothes - the wool lookes like felted after too hot washing, the stiches are not worked well. Not worse the money!!!

I like Omychic very much, the quality of the clothes is excellent, the order processing ability is absolutely excellent, the customer service feedback is fast, I love it so much.
I have hardly found any clothing that can suit my daughter in Philadelphia. Omychic can customize it at a very low price. I will continue to support it. I recommend you to buy it! ! !
