Retrolinen is a bloody scam,a fraud and a they are thugs.I urge people not to buy from them because their products look nice on the picture but cheap in person.The workmanship is shoddy.The material that they show on the pictures is not the one they use on the product.Their return policy sucks they are just short of saying once you buy… it’s for keeps.whether you like the product or not.People!!!BIG NO NO with this company.

if there was a zero rating i’d give a zero. first off it took a month before shipping out my orders. 4 pieces! 2 tops and 2 dresses. then 2 arrived. both extra small when i ordered 2XL. and they were nothing near what the advertised!! i want a refund! they should even compensate me for all the aggravation. i needed the clothes for a specific occasion and ordered well ahwadnof time. but got NOTHING. they are clearly a scam. they got my money instantly off my card but the first 2 items got to me 2 months later. the other two, i don’t care to see as they are misrepresenting by posting beautiful dresses but deliver bad and unacceptable unwearable clothes.

Images of the product I ordered did not match the real item in any way! If you are paying over $100 for an item you at least expect to get something in quality close to the image, instead it is a bad cheap replica with poor quality materials at best, don't waste your time or money!

I ordered shoes at Retrolinen and what I received was totally different from what they advertised and I ordered I am hoping to get my full refund save to say they gave me some bullshit story about the shipping cost that might be more than the cost of the shoe but whose fault is it certainly not mine they must suffer the loss not me. I doubt I will ever order from these people they scam people all of them.

Ordered placed on 19th November total cost just over £37.
We have still not received our order, we have sent emails asking for a delivery or refund no reply.

The items I ordered were of poor quality and one was huge even though it was a small. I contacted the company and was offered a 10% refund or a £30 gift card. I wanted to return the items but haven’t heard anything further from them. Extremely dissatisfied.

These leather shoes look shapr. The were a bit stiff at first and took a few wears to breaks in, but no they fit great!

I ordered an item several weeks ago that was never delivered. When I asked about the estimated delivery time, I was told: “Sorry, the product you ordered is a customized item and the fabric is out of stock. We searched for this fabric in the market, but couldn't find it.” Got a refund after two requests.

Retrolinen is either a scam or incompetent.
It says clearly on the website "easy returns". My experience was the total opposite. They didn't even give me the option to return the item which was the incorrect size. I.order ed 3 pairs of shoes. 2 pair fit fine the other were the wrong size. When i tried to return them, they insisted on giftimg me a 30% discount on the next order. The discount code they said they sent was never arriving. I had to write them at least 20 times. Finally it arrived and i made another order. This time the shoes were NOT what i ordered,.similar, but not the shies i ordered.

This dress fits wonderfully! The cut is so flattering and the material feels soft. It's become my new staple piece for after-work plans. I'm just so happy with it.

AVOID. I have been waiting for 2 months to get refund on return. It is just sitting in customs. Still waiting. They offer 10% refund if you keep items. That's nothing.
