After several attempts to get on to the "system" which was very stressful. I wanted to speak with someone which seems to be non-exsisitant these days. I just wanted to stop my renewal, it tells yo... See more

Change my car registration
Needed to make a change via the portal which didn’t work as expected. Spoke via live chat to an assistant who sorted the problem straight away. Excellent customer service.

Whole experience was awful
Whole experience was awful. No contact number everything has to be done on live chat. Paid over £400 for my policy to be cancelled, and only have £155 return? It was that or pay another 100£ a month! Rip off merchants
No Phone Number
There's no phone number for general enqiries about your policy. The live chat works reasonably, but there can be a lot of faffing about if you are trying to manage the policy online and need to ask periodic questions.
Easy setup, but hit with hidden fees over an honest mistake
I used the one-click feature to set up my insurance, which was quick and easy. However, an automated check flagged a non-fault accident from five years ago (in the October). I genuinely thought the 5-year window was already up, so I hadn’t disclosed it.Because of this, the policy premium went up by £40. On top of that, they tried to charge me a £43 administration fee just to update the details. I was really unhappy about this high fee for an honest misunderstanding.I had to sort this out over live chat, which I didn't like using. After a lot of pushing back, the agent eventually agreed to waive the £43 admin fee as a goodwill gesture, though I still have to pay the £40 premium increase. Glad it was resolved, but the process was frustrating.
WP1 was quick
WP1 was quick, efficient and ultimately solved the problem.
Good as gold.
Highly not recommend
No e-mail or phone to contact, chat not always works and no contact back if you leave a request. After the policy finishes and you cancelled auto renewal random charge taken from the account with no explanation and limited, difficult way of contacting.
FAKE PRICE
FAKE PRICE

I am not keen on chatbots and was not sure if I was dealing with a real person or not, but my change to my motor policy was carried out swiftly and without fuss and I then also received an additional insurance quote during the same interaction.
Great communication so far
Great communication so far. We took car insurance with them, only just payed but no problems at all so far.
Excellent staff
Excellent staff ( Although the company was cheeky with their renewal quote)
However their member of staff known as MB9
Was extremely helpful. And I was happy to insure for another year
Awful
Awful , no phone number so you have to chat online , they then dont answer direct questions and gave me a quote to change my car for 190 more as well as a admin charge
When I pointed out a new quote was cheaper than my renewal and gave them proof, they changed the quote
Trying to get a direct answer to a question was difficult
I wouldn't use them again
Frustrating no claims discount upload…
Frustrating no claims discount upload process. One click sent email demanding nearlt £100 extra unless provided ncd evidence and wouldnt accept copy of official insurers email showing ncd. Spent hours back and fourth as they insisted on a PDF document. Took hours out of the day to sort. The ncd should be asked for upon quotation of insurance. Not after, and to direct debit the extra fee is not good it comes across as a scam or moneyaking exercise especially since you give 10 days, many insurance companies cant provide ncd in post within 10 days!

I just renewed my policy with adding my partner to the policy. I'm really happy with the quote. The lady who dealt with me LB3 was very polite and helpful, excellent customer service.
If I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would. I contacted the company that provided service: One Click (a company called One Protect Insurance and One Direct, the payment company on the card payment, all three have been in touch on this matter!!) and cancelled the policy via the company i signed up with chat. Unfortunately you can't speak to a human on the phone and the chat confirmed sorry you are going and confirmed cancellation. It should have been the end of it!! Bearing in mind, that they had continued my policy and taken money, without a new quote or any letters/emails, which was twice the previous years amount. As a vulnerable disabled person, a carer looks after this side of things for me, and at the time of renewal I had been in a bus accident, as soon as I was well enough I alerted my carer to the issue. After cancelling my direct debit with my bank as I had contacted them on my account, they tried to use an old bank card to take over £90 off my account, fortunately I don't have that much in that account, but suffered charges for insufficent funds. I contacted them this morning first thing via the chat to be presented with a bill, which will all the figures given made no sense, including broker fees, office fees, etc. I got my carer to pay as my UC doesn't go in until Monday. How I am going to eat with this bill I do not know, for no insurance that I have already sorted at half the price when I cancelled with this company. They say its their brokerage and office cancellation fees, which equate to 2 years of cover costs wise in one go. I wonder if they were going to try and get me to stay with them with those costs and probably if they had informed me of this at cancellation I would have toughed it out for another year with them but when I cancelled I arranged another insurer to cover me. When my carer paid and when looking at the receipt it said a different amount and motorcycle insurance, well if I get on a motorbike EVER it would be a miracle as a disabled person, but was concerned that at some point this company would say we had payment for your bike insurance not your household one and were they going to chase me for 20p, the difference to what the bill was and very kindly Jasmine said "we wrote off the 20p"... as if I was going to be over the moon with the £90 cancellation cost less 20p... they were very reluctant to correct the receipt to reflect the household insurance payment. BEWARE any vulnerable customers in particular. DO NOT USE ANY OF THREE COMPANY NAMES THEY HIDE BEHIND!!
Today I spoke with SM5
Today I spoke with SM5. She was brilliant. She understood my wishes and exceeded the previous quote I had. She gave me choices on payments and told me the savings I could make .

This is another scam company that adds extra charges and admin fees after a low quote. Impossible to contact anyone and they take money out of your account without permission.
The reviews are fake and written by company hired staff and AI bots making the whole Trustpilot review process bogus.

Erika dealt with my query very quickly and to my satisfaction.,The chat line in this case worked great for me.
Avoid. Unhelpful customer service with a threat to cancel policy
One Click sent a letter saying I needed to provide evidence of no claims bonus, otherwise my insurance would be cancelled. But I was out of the country for the time between the letter arriving and the date of cancellation. Got in touch and was given a 7 day extension but it took 5 days to get my previous insurance company to send documents (which were then wrong). They would only give me a 1 day extension to try get the right document as it "wasn't their fault I hadn't received the letter or acted on it". I had uploaded some documents and want to understand whether that is sufficient or whether some other option is viable. Been told to wait and I will receive a letter in the mail (which no doubt will come after the date of my insurance cancellation date) with the outcome. Nobody can help me understand what I could do in terms of payment if they don't accept my evidence. Stuck in limbo risking having an uninsured car. And of course if they do cancel my policy I'll be charged a £60 cancellation fee, broker fee and days of the insurance policy. Yet I don't want to cancel. Diabolical service. Avoid
