No delivery + no communication after payment

I've ordered and paid on the 26th of march.
Online it says that is send to us.
We have received nothing. It is the 14th now

I've send multiple mails: no answer.
I also need an invoice for bookkeeping: no reaction

I tried to phone.. nobody answers...
We are a pro client so we buy & sell a lot.
It seems this company is handling things 100% wrong.
I hope to hear better news from them today!

how to still money

I ordered tel and they didnt mention tht doesnt work without base that you must buy apart, i try to send back and if you have still the original box that i dont have , all the plastic that is normal when you open you throw way so i dont have all , you get back 30% of your ammount

Selling low quality Hammer4 products

Selling low quality Hammer4 products. Not robust at all. If there is a problem you can phone, write emails.. but they do not respond. Everywhere can be a problem but COMMUNICATE!!! For me never again Onedirect!!!

The product has good appearance and quality.
My delivery got lost because of the deliveryman from DPD was very careless, but then Onedirect quickly responded and handled the situation quite well.

Language issue

Language issue ! And I see it again on this form : this is in Dutch and i don't speak Dutch. I'm from Belgium and speak French. I don't understand why I got a dutch-written receipt and now the mails you send me are in Dutch too. I think there's something going wrong somewhere :) Other than that, all's well.
