Not worth the star I had to give. Had a good deal for phone service turned into a nightmare over three days that could have easily been avoided. They had all the information to check one of the first things they asked for was imei #. Which apparently you can check at at&t for compatibility if you know. For future reference maybe let people know that they should use that before telling them to cancel their existing service to jump on board. Dealt with support for three days no phone service bc I was expecting there's to kick in still no service bc now I have to go back and ask the people I canceled for my spot. My best advice if your looking into one pay mobile is when you call your provider to cancel and they start offering you deals turn down a couple maybe but in the end take a deal. Straighttalk offered 20 off my bill and a newer phone to stick around. The free 30 days I didn't even get was not worth the hassle of three days a headache and a not compatible. They literally said if you have another phone we can try again. Sorry sir I'm not Kevin gates only one phone here......

I would not recommend this Card/Company to anyone. First it's a bait and switch. They have you applying for a Rewards Credit Card, BUT if they don't approve you then they go ahead and give you a Walmart Only "Credit" Card with no rewards. So guess what, you take a hit on your credit if you close it...

Next when you make a payment it takes FOREVER to clear. I've had to contact them twice. Payments cleared my bank by over a week and still wasn't reflected on the OnePay account. It showed it was processed but the money wasn't available to be used.

Then again today, same issue. I paid the card off. It cleared the bank days ago and when I contacted support they said i had to wait a few more days before the funds would be available. So for example I made a payment on May 13th, it's May 20th, funds have cleared days ago and I can't use the OnePay Card until at least 2 more days they said.... That's 9 Days.....

I can't spend each month contacting support.

Lastly their website is the WORST in the history of all websites. You can't do anything there but a few basic clicks.

Customer Service however is always GREAT! I just really don't want to be friends with them on a first name basis from all the issues I have to contact them with.

Other cards, you make a payment, it clears the bank, they process it. Couple days tops. Not WEEKS. Actually most of my cards are instant.

In the end I am more annoyed they gave me a non-rewards card. That was the only reason I wanted it was because of how much money we spend at "that" merchant.

Horrible, horrible customer service
Highly do not recommend using this company. They will close your account when they freely feel like it without any exclamation they will tell you that your payments didn’t go through, but your bank statement shows that your payment did go through. They will also tell you they didn’t receive the money when you have statement stating that they did receive the money. They also do not like you paying off the card with a larger payment than the minimum payment they canceled my card because I was paying off my card with two times the minimum payment and paying it off fast. They did not like that because they were losing interest. I highly recommend not using this company stay far far away from the one pay credit card his poor company

Had I known buying a microwave at Walmart would have meant I had to sign up for OnePay, I would have gone with Amazon. I got 4 texts in 30 minutes from this garbage company and so many emails. Invasive and unnecessary. I tried to call to cancel the membership but their phone tree makes it nearly impossible. Garbage. Trash.

I have been waiting for 4 months on a dispute that I made because they let someone take all my money out my account and put it a negative balance they keep saying it's under review it shouldn't take this long to get the issue resolved they have horrible customer service even the supervisors horrible horrible horrible

This place is a joke I have my debit card cancelled because of fraudulent charges and this place still allows new ones to go through and then tells me we have to wait till they all are processed so as me as they want can go through and I’m the one screwed until they all are finished processing that is so screwed up in my mind. Why wouldn’t they shut it down and not let anything go through until they’ve all stopped or catch them before they go through better yet so disappointed in this company nobody ever understands what I’m saying and they’re not confident to answer any of my questions

Hilarious company. They let you use your card once, then the second time you go to use it, literally at the same store (like Wal Mart) they just decline it and block it and say it's a security concern. Then put you on hold forever. So if you just want to make a one time purchase with your Builder Card, I'd recommend using the full amount of credit you get because you only get one shot to use your card. Good luck!

I have been using onepay to pay my monthly bills for awhile now and all of a sudden my card was locked due to suspicious activity which was the same cable bill I have been paying all along. I have called customer service numerous times and they tell me it's under review. Had one tell me she was sending me a new card that would work ,it's been 6 weeks now and they still have my 434 dollars i put in to pay some bills. I never received the card that was rushed to me. They say call customer service well that's a joke. I will be writing as many bad reviews as possible until someone talks to me that makes sense. I want my money back and I will be happy to go somewhere else. Beware of this company

Didn't work, transactions kept declining no matter what I did to fix the problem

Payments were reasonable and could be paid earlier as well.

Bought what was advertised as a reloadable debit card that can be used immediately. However, when my kids tried to use it it was declined. Spoke to 2 agents just to be told that I qualified for an actual account that i wasn't aware of nor did i want. Once I was accepted the Walmart card was automatically deactivated and my new debit card would arrive in 7-10 business days. No where on this card was this information. So my kids 300miles away from home was penniless. On top of that they ran a credit check that I didn't want for a credit card that was rejected for. Now i must find a way to get my funds back from this company.

I love that with one pay you can get approved for a certain amount, make your purchase with no money down, make your first payment the next month. And you get to choose your own payment schedule and the amount that fits your budget. There are no surprises when payment is due because it falls on the same date each month, or week however you choose, once the payment schedule is presented to you. It's great for anyone who doesn't have a large amount of cash on hand to spend. And most importantly you get the items that you purchased, while making your payments and you can get an increase in spending. Just remember to make your payments on time. I'm truly satisfied with One Pay and the application process is really easy

Onepay is a SCAM!
My account has been frozen for almost 2 months, some how it was used in CHINA,(a place I've never been to). I reported the activity to Onepay, not security reporting it to me! They frozen my account and sent me a new card that I was unable to use, then another new card that I couldn't use and now a third card is being sent in 3-4 days. Meanwhile, I can't access my money from my account. I have some small bills that are not being paid because of this. When and if I ever get my money, I will close this account and report them!!! DO NOT GET THIS CARD!!! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!

I love this company. One pay is the best app I have ever seen. I really like this app.
