Bad delivery and service

I have bought two games and max is 60 minutes on confirmation. There has now gone over 24 hours on my lasr purchase. first time went 6 hours..

I think they cheat so you buy on speciel deal but they do not deliver all the time

Really Dissapointed !!!

What the F... !!! my account has been frozen again after 3-5 wrong password tryes and now i have to wait 24 hours until your able answer and unfreeze my account again, this is the secound time you freeze my account, this is a really stupid system.

No word - just silence

I'm a YouTuber and streamer and rely on having my games delivered in time. I pre-ordered Mass Effect: Andromeda from you, as you had the best price available at the time.

I knew that pre-load started on the 17th, and expected my key to be there at least on the 22nd, so I could pre-load and play the game from release (which was the 23rd at 00:00 local time) - this did not happen.

Not only did I not get a key, but there was no information about the game delivery being delayed. When I contacted support, the response was that they just got word that their supplier couldn't deliver the games until tomorrow (Friday).

That is just not satisfactory customer service. This was the last time I ordered from One Play - if you want people to use your services and buy games from you, price isn't enough!

SLOOOOOOW

This game service is very very slow on a even average gaming laptop pc. Some modern pc games can be installed while some can't whitout any reaction at all! Those game I've installed took a very very very loooooog time to install so I wanted to give up. Some installations just stopped by themselves so I had to start over again with it and some could not start the install again for some reason I do not know! It's a easy app interface but if it's not working well it doesn't matter really... It's a shame it is so slow and unstable! I bought a whole year subscription but now I don't think I going to use it because of these fails! 😳 Annoying!

The installation process depends on the PC capabilities.
We would suggest you upgraded your hardware to achieve faster installations times.

On average can we install a game within 10 minutes on our test pc's whic is perfectly normal.

Great Service

I had no problems with my purchase of a 1 yr subscription of xbox gold. Last year I also bought it, and the code didn't work, but they gave me a new one that worked without problems. I'm very satisfied with their prices and customer service.

It's not what it seems but it is not bad either

I bite the bait and bought the VIP membership due the advertising promising loadful of AAA games like Call of Duty, Batman Arkham, Hard Reset, Crysis, etc. What I got instead is a plataform with lots and lots and lots of Indie and Shovelware titles. Don't get me wrong, those titles are ok, but are not appealing to me, with some rare exceptions like LEGO games, BlazBlue or FIA World Rally, they pulled apart the really good games exclusively for selling. What left me thinking, is this really what the VIP has to offer? Apart of that, the licencing procedure is painfull, so much hassle in order to get games to work, you must buy the licence, wait for an email with your licence, enter to their webpage, introduce your serial in "account -> plans", download the client, explore an awful, awful interface (What are your sofware engineers doing about usability and accesibility?) and finally, once downloaded your game you must enter your email and password (Which in first place I didn't know what to do because a white screen not telling me that those empty fields where the account-password fields). Finally I just want to add that once done all the process, games run just fine and I can't complain more because VIP licence was a bargain.

There are really 2,000 games! Lego Marble Super Heroes, Stolker, Desperado 2, WRC4, Door Keychairs, Valhalla Hills, Evoland 2, Sky Hill, and more. This is Awesom

But the download speed of the game is slow ... I am Asian Korean ...

After weeks of waiting...

After weeks of waiting for my order to go through and messages from OnePlay about my item not being in stock yet the order war just removed with the notice that the order could not be handled. What!?
Mucho irritating! If it wouldn't have been for a few other times when the ordering, payment and delivery has worked fine you would have received a lower grade.

Super-slow online delivery

They did offer a good price for the game. But spending an entire day on delivering an online game like Football Manager is simply not good enough. And costumer support was equally slow. They gave me an explanation of "manual approval" for the delay. I find this very strange, since no other online-retailer has ever needed to manually approve anything I have ordered through the years.

So if price is the single most important factor, do buy from them. If delivery-time and customer service is an important factor to you, you may want to research other online-retailers.

Need more improvement.

1. After launch the Oneplay program, why do I have to login again? it should be automatically after the first time.
2. After selected download game, it should proceed to my game tab, not my list tab, it needs user to click more than three times to execute download/install commands.
3. The games should notify user how much HDD space it needs, and it should have option to install in difference folder/drive.
4. After I completed download one of the game, then I click "install", nothing happen, I assumed that the available storage is not enough. It should pop up notification box to let user know that there is not enough storage left.

[Edited title] : they charge your credit card for a $0.90 and don't deliver what they promise!

11/26 fall in the trap of their black friday $1 for a year vip suscription. (even get a 10% discount at buying, so cost $0.90)

And received 12/02 an alert saying my subscription was going to end and I needed to check my credit card info cause they were going to charge me for 30day monthly vip subscription ?! (they even dare called it a free vip subscirption; for me 0.9$ isn't free; and a year is more then a week!)

I should have known things were going wrong, when every time I tried to go to the page to print my invoice I got an error page.
(and "funny" fact that I discovered filling that review is that order ID in my email for the purchase, isn't the same that the one displayed in my oneplay account payment history !?!)

If you like gambling for your play time, try it, else avoid them at all cost.

Ho, and if you try to unsucribe you have to at least answer one of their survey question, else you can't unsuscribe !

damn me! just lost again an hour with that "thing"; with that review and on their site. Today, the invoice final print. and got my not real subsciption, but a 100% vouncher on a subscription that won't activate, because... they want an active paiment method attached to my subscription that I get for free... while I already paid it; but seems there is no way I can use Paypal as paiment (it goes to a payement window, saying a window will popup, but nothing popup, even when I click on the "click here" if the paiement popup don't open automaticlly.)
Just allow me to discover, that today, the month subscirption was no more $9.90, but $6.99 (first month and recuring price)

score: easly 3-4 hours lost worring, getting frustrated
and 0 second playing and having fun.
For an entertainment service, that's one of my worst if not the worst experience.

seriously, in theory, would be great to get my games, as I do with my readings, just a yearly subscription and I can "borrow" for the time I'm really playing/reading.

The paypal integration is waiting for an update but if you had used a credit card everything should have worked smoothly.

Friendly support, bad service

I caved in with their $1 VIP offer and subscribed for a year. The process of download and verifying my account was overly complicated and I only managed to figure out how it was supposed to work with the help of an online support member, which was available in chat right away and was friendly and helpful.
The client though wouldn't recognize my password, and I wasn't even able to log in when said support member reset my password. I've been told my case would be forwarded to a tech staff member who would get back in touch with me the next day, but that didn't happen yet (was two days ago).
Not very satisfied. I was not able to use their service so far. Worst case - I wasted a dollar. Well...

My account got suspended

I bought a VIP subscription because it was only 1$, and even everything is buggy as hell, I managed to download and play a couple of games.

I read later that we could easily buy codes for our friends (and that was written by someone who is supposed to officially work for OnePlay), so I thought that it would be a very nice present.

I bought 4 more VIP subscriptions, and after my orders were cancelled I got my account suspended.

I am being told by chat that I could only buy 2 copies (that wasn't written nowhere) and that my account has been suspended for fraudulent behaviour.

The VIP subscription that I bought for myself was correctly processed and charged through Paypal, yet I have been asked to send my ID, signature and even credit card photo, very sensitive information that I don't plan to send.

Honestly, just cancelling the other orders and telling that we were not supposed to buy more units, as the rest of the online stores do, would have suffice.

Edit 1: My suspension got lifted, so I will edit this review.

Very priceworthy and smooth

Best price I could find. Fast and smooth purchase. A bit buggy homepage but no problem if you can spare some patience. Kind of in the dark aswell. Had to search for it to appear. No external site seem to want to recommend it which is weird. I'm definitely coming back for some more shopping. Promote this site if you can as they deserve it!
