I have ordered two smartphone cases which I received the next day. However, the quality of the cases were not as I expected (not the fault of the shop, just the way the cases are) and returned them. However, this has been over a month ago and I have, until today, not yet received my money back nor have I received any response to my inquiries. I am deeply disappointed in this webshop. At least respond to the inquiries of customers and have an available customer service to follow-up on inquiries.

Update 13/7: I have received two credit notes per email. It took a while but some action is forthcoming now.

I have ordered a few times from oneplusshop.
My latest order was on 10 may 2020 for a 7t cover.
I made a typo on my address and it was not delivered.
I contacted them immediately, apologized and it was said that it would have been shipped out immediately. They mentioned it is an additional cost for them. I apologized again and they said it is ok and they will take care of it. 2 weeks later I contact them again, they said it is going to be shipped out immediately. 4 weeks later I call them. They apologized and do not know what the issue is but they mention now that I probably need to pay for extra shipping charges but they will get back to me on that because this is a new rule and it might not been applicable a few weeks ago (???). OK, fine then, I just want my cover. It is now 6 weeks later, I have no message, no cover, no news, nothing. It will take a fourth call from me to see what is happening. I just want my cover. This is not rocket science. Or give me the shipping cost so I can pay or send it to me now.

Ordered multiple items already on this webshop and received it the next day.

Great service and quick delivery. I would recommend to buy at this shop.

Hideous service!

I ordered a case for jogging for my OnePlus 7 Pro. Despite the website claiming the case being universal my phone did not fit in it! What a joke. Naturally, I went to return it. Here another joke: it cost me 7 euros to return the package because the case came in a huge box! However, the biggest disappointment was when after a week I haven't heard anything from the store. I'm still waiting for my money even though I followed the return policy described on the website. OnePlus Shop does not reply to messages, I tried to call but had to leave a message! Imagine that: no one is even answering calls! Unbelievable! This is my last time ordering anything from this store. What a scam! I've lost over 20 euros!

BEWARE SCAMMERS ! DO NOT BUY !

I ordered some smartphones accessories on December 19 and I paid some really expensive DHL fees for the parcel to be sent quickly and to be tracked.

As of today, December 30, the parcel tracking still shows as "ready to send" on their website.

I also contacted DHL who confirmed that the parcel was never picked up physically from OnePlus-shop.nl

I tried to contact them several times, but they do no answer emails and do not pick up phone calls.

Fortunately, I paid with PayPal and now, opened a case for fraud !

You have been warned to not order anything with them. I have less problems ordering through Ebay or Amazon accessories even in China than with this so called Dutch shop !

Think twice before ordering here. The web shop looks good and works well, they ship fast and they have decent product movies on YouTube, but after I e-mailed them (twice) about a product defect, they did not reply even though their website says they reply within 48 hours. I've now wasted 53 euros on 2 screen protectors of which one is a poorly designed product and the other had a manufacturing defect.

"We will get in contact with you shortly. Don't worry, our goal is to keep you satisfied no matter what! At this point our mail support is not the quickest. [...] We get in touch with you!" is the reply I got from this company. As you can imagine, they didn't get in contact with me; another false promise. This confirms the point.

First purchase and I'm so satisfied with the overall experience! I preordered the Speck Presidio Grip Case for my OnePlus 7 Pro right after proposing it to the representatives, which decided to import some of these cases! Can't thank them enough cuz I couldn't import it on my own! Shipping was super fast! Really awesome case for the money! Everything went smoothly, representatives handled every request of mine on time! I highly recommend these guys if you wanna get quality accessories for your OnePlus phone on competitive prices! Looking forward to get other accessories soon!

Ordered more than a week ago, money left my account but order is suspended. Tried to contact by email but no response after 4 days, their Web chat support is also not open during the hours they show on the website.

I ordered a leather phone case, but it is clearly plastic!

The OnePlus One blue Cruzelite case came quickly to Thessaloniki, Greece with 5-10 days and the case a new original case!
Thanks a lot for supplying a high quality case for an phone that is already 4 years old!

good job fast and reliable

Ordered product (tempered glass for 5t) doesn't have the quality I expected. It is not comparable to the original tempered glass from One Plus... You can easily feel the edges of the glass as the screen of 5t is bigger, the edges are not smooth.

I emailed the day my delivery arrived that the screen was broken ON arrival. Still no response or replacement has arrived!!!!
