Although I had to wait about 8 minutes to engage in the chat (as I was 14th in the queue) when I was attended to, the person was very helpful and I was able to discuss and renew my policy quickly.

HH2 ?? Handled my renewal well, however this kind of communication via chat is frustrating and for those less tech savvy impossible. One protect state they want to do things differently, then do the same as every other company. Deal with humans personally over the phone. Would not recommend.

I was reasonable happy in the end but live chats over the internet is not a good way to do business. It always surprises me that you are not offered the best price when you receive your renewal invitation it's as if they don't really want your business. I also have no idea how they can justify a rise of 48% on the initial quote
With regard to the person I chatted to, he was very helpful and resolved my price issue to a reasonable amount.

Initially I wanted to speak to a person not an online chat as i'm not really great with technology.However the online chat adviser was very helpful and advised me exactly what I needed to do once into my online portal.I was however really pleasantly surprised at how easy and straightforward it was in the end and so much quicker too.I felt quite pleased with myself after that i'd actually done it ! 😀

Not a great experience, firstly I had to make contact with them for my renewal price, this was quite close to the renewal, it was confirmed it would auto renew, after logging on the day after my renewal date it said it had lapsed. I was told by someone on a chat that my payment was declined and I had been informed of this. No messaged or email they stated to have sent was received and the day before renewal when I logged in there was no where that said there was a problem. I was told on chat that this was my responsibility, despite the system still not accepting my card when I contacted them, the price wasn’t honoured and I’ve had to pay more. I felt I was blamed or not believed on the chat.

The person I spoke to was Wictor WP1. He was very helpful and efficient without being pushy.

BH1 handled my NCB bonus query with competence and professionalism. He dealt with the issue promptly and reassured me that the reminders wouldn’t be posted to me again.

The time and effort required to make an amendment to a policy was painful. Sent round in circles on the platform, fobbed off to a chat bot that couldn't help, eventually put through to an on line chat which I think was with a human? no personality or empathy whatsoever, just trying to up sell breakdown cover etc. Next year if I can find a company where you can talk to a person on the phone I will go with them regardless of cost.

Quick, efficient and very professional.

Needs a telephone number for contacting rather than just live chat.
I've just took my first policy with them if had known the hassle tryingvto speak to someone I'd have went elsewhere.
Can't beet a good live conversation on the phone . It's all sorted now but a hassle could have done without.

ir2 was able to deal with my query in a polite and professional manner. However it would be better and easier if one could talk to each other as if face to face.

This company renewed my insurance and took payment without my authorisation. Downside waiting in Queue 23 then wrong agent another agent. Good news once gave explanation and raised my concern it was sorted immediately with no problem. After sales at best

Perfect agent very quick, courteous and helpful. Really glad I contacted them. I prefer telephone but have to say Live Chat via keyboard was great.
