This service is definitely very interesting.... for the flights we received the flight reservation details along with download PDF straight away (within seconds or minutes of ordering) which we can use for the purposes of applying for a visa...

However for the hotel, we are still waiting for the voucher... In the email it says that the hotel voucher will be sent in a separate a few hours later.... It would be useful to know how many more hours later....

Surprised by the demand of the desk's company , i was in urgent looking for an exit travel ticket from Panama. I was on the desk of the airport...and they sand me ultra-quickly a "real plane ticket".

Hello how are you? I wanted to ask a question.
I'm Argentine, I'm going on a trip to Andorra to work during the winter season. I already have my one-way ticket, but I haven't taken the return ticket yet since I have little money. And we Argentines need to demonstrate our departure from Europe.
Can I make a reservation for a flight from Madrid to Buenos Aires? and present it to immigration in case they request it?

I used their Receive Later service, It was three days before the date which I had requested them to process my ticket and asked them to hold on the booking. Thanks to Sarah I got a prompt response that the reservation is on hold. I was supposed to travel but my destination and travel dates changed eventually and I asked to be refunded. Exactly 8 minutes later Sarah responds that the refund has been processed. I received the amount in 3 days. Definitely would recommend them.

OneWayFly has a super-reactive after sales service. I could change the date of my flight after purchasing a ticket through their straightforward an user-friendly website after realising I had made a mistake in the dates.
