I have used several agencies like them, but they (other companies) were always hard to get ahold of, or there were errors on the tickets, or I got the tickets too late. However, after I paid OneWayFly I got a response within several minutes with the correct ticket and reservation code and everything 100% accurate. Super reliable and trustworthy, I will be using them from now on every time I fly!

I have needed to show proof of travel due to COVID19, and this service has went above and beyond to satisfy some of my requests. I have not experienced any problems and encourage others to use this service if they find themselves needing to show proof of travel.

I needed to get a return flight for a visa application to an African country. The reservation lasted about 24 hours and I kept having to check and send them mails to say that the reservation had disappeared/was cancelled. Now if it weren't for covid and getting money back from airlines being so complex I would have bought a refundable ticket and saved myself the job of checking if they would do theirs. To be fair they quickly rebooked it every time I reminded them that it was down. But what a hassle, and had I been going to a more rigorous country it would have given me piles.

The promise 14 Days confirmed tickets, but my onward tickets got canceled after 6 to 7 days, so I notified the customer support and they reissued the tickets with the same PNR number after a couple of hours.
So if I didn't check the validity of the ticket each day no one would know that it has been canceled, so I suggest that whoever wants to buy an onward ticket should keep checking its validity and notify the customer support immediately if it got canceled.

or the customer support should implement a mechanism to check the ticket regualry.

Awesome service! I heard about this website few times but never had to use it until I went to Indonesia. Within minutes I got my ticket which was also on the airline's website and was able to board my plane!! I really recommend if you need a last minute solution!

Totally recommend Onewayfly. I used this service for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I received my onward ticket printed out within half an hour of ordering it, so no worrying for me.
Emirates Airline were happy to accept the ticket as perfectly legitimate.

Didn't work at all...,I bought an onward ticket to Thailand, but when I arrive to check in desk, they where not able to find the ticket number..,so I had to buy a very expensive ticket at the moment or I would not be able to board the flight they said.
I'd contact customer service twice in a week but I don't have any answer...,so I completely not recommend this company for your onward tickets

Got no customer service after having a problem and got not the promises of their website. My story:

Booked an onward ticket 5 days before my flight. Got a ticket with an PNR, but checking validity didn't worked at the airline website. So i requested for help if something has gone wrong.

Customer service at chat apologied and promised to fix quickly, but nothing changed during the next days. I asked several times (chats and emails) but no response then. After 4 days the PNR even didn't work on their amadeus system, although they promise it is valid for 14 days until they cancel it.

Had to fly to the philippines without a valid onward ticket from this website.

Sorry. I can not recommend using this service, as from my point of view i would have had to fly without onward ticket as problem has not been solved in time.

Things can go wrong - but not this way.

*** Update: got help and a new valid ticket after this review had been published although i am at my destination already. At least someone cared
