I used the services of Onward Ticket two times now.

The first time the validity of the ticket was checked by the airline and everything went smooth.

The second time I needed an onward ticket, I did it at the last minute because I forgot about it. I was able to get the ticket within a couple of hours. It was not requested this time nor by the airline nor the immigration. but always best to be covered.

I will be honest. I almost had a horrible experience through them lol
And really it is partially my fault because I waited extremely late to book a ticket through them, needless to say, my advice would be to book at least 3 days in advance of you needing it, in case of any issues which may arise along the way. That way you have ample time to get it sorted out without creating fine lines and gray hairs due to the last minute stress.
I booked my ticket with a specific need to be accomodated, which was not initially and I was frantic it would not get sorted in time, as I was set to travel within 2 hours of recieving my ticket.
I got in contact with customer support and they were absolutely amazing, given the time crunch I was in. They got me sorted just in time for me to make my flight, and I got clearance through with no issues.
I have used OWF about four times now and I don't see me using any other company for this specific need. They are super trustworthy and have been quite good to me.
I definitely would recommend them.

I was travelling from Sri Lanka to India however did not have onward travel as my evisa allows me to stay for 60 days therefore wanted to book a flight when I felt ready.
