Had a policy renewal issue where they…

Had a policy renewal issue where they more then doubled the price because they had an error in my records. When I pointed out the error, they increased the policy even more, just out of spite. Will never make business with this kind of company anymore.

It was truly an agonizing experience

It was truly an agonizing experience. Firstly, the quoted value I was provided didn't match that of the quoted value when I did the quote myself online. It was higher. Secondly, I disliked the experience of going back and forth retrieving documents I needed. I wish I was notified of all documentation to provide before hand. Nonetheless, I'm likely going to switch after a year.

Friendly

Friendly, positive individuals who both spoke clearly. No trouble hearing each of them. Understood everything that I had asked to change with my auto and home insurance policies.
Recommend what I should add that I hadn't had in my previous policies.
