Order and confirmation all went well, when it came to delivery they were unable to fulfil the order from the supplier. Carl was able to supply another similar more expensive fitting at the same cost to us to resolve the issue to our clients satisfaction. Delivered direct to us at hr time specified.

I am extremely happy with my purchase from Online Lighting. The representative I spoke to on the phone was most helpful regarding the product I was purchasing. I was kept informed regarding delivery and the goods arrived promptly in excellent condition and the beautiful light suits my purpose exactly.

Fast delivery, good communication and exactly as we ordered.

The model of fan I wanted wasn’t listed on the site so I contacted them and within a few hours it was sorted and delivered in a few days at a great price!

We ordered a wall light from Online Lighting. It arrived very promptly and is exactly as it looks online. This company has a vast range of lighting at reasonable prices & in my opinion is probably the best online store for lighting. My only criticism, and I know it is difficult to post lights without some sort of wadding, is that I detest being sent polystyrene! Plastic balloons aren't much better either and so to achieve an absolutely perfect score from me, some investigation into more eco friendly packaging would be great. This was a metal light, no glass involved.

Lamp is great, just wish you gave an option to purchase a relevant light globe with the lamp, or alternatively supplied one with it! As it is a small
screw fitting it is hard to get an led globe to fit.

This company has a huge range to choose from. My order was delivered very quickly, well packed and therefore in perfect condition. I phoned because needed some advice about suitable bulbs and my enquiry was answered informatively and politely.

We are currently building a new house and this is our second order with Online Lighting. Their prices are very competitive and they were prepared to match any other online prices.

The service is second to none and delivery rates very good and delivery time is very quick.

Such amazing customer service. Another lighting place had let me down, I contacted these guys, confirmed that they had what I wanted in stock and it was dispatched the same day. Received it 2 business days later.

Excellent service. Prompt and quick delivery. When I got wrong colour light fitting they went out of their way to ensure it was replaced asap and was done personally to my door. Service like that is very rare these days.
