1st class professional customer …

1st class professional customer service. Pleasure to deal with and would not hesitate to order from Online Lighting again, Products delivered in tact and in a timely fashion. Price was also cheaper than I'd seen elsewhere.

Beware no returns unless faulty

We purchased 2 lights that didn’t fit in our intended location then discovered this store does not accept change of mind returns so have now had to purchase other replacements that do fit & stuck with the ones that don’t 😡

Highly Recommend Online Lighting

I purchased two modern light fittings. I visited the store in Cremorne and received excellent service and advice both times. They kept in contact with regards to delivery and delivered on time.

They have so much choice and prices were competitive.

I will use Online lighting again in the near future and would highly recommend.

Great Service

I had a requirement for a globe called an architectural and they are difficult to track down as as the lamp it belongs to is 30 years old. Online Lighting had it, ordering was easy, I was informed each step as to the order process, dispatch, tracking an delivery. It was delivered will protected and when it said it was going to be. Very happy.

Domus dimmers

The ordering, billing, shipping was all fine. But the dimmers did not work to a satisfactory level. They are all matched to the same brand Domus. The 13w light has slight flicker at low level. The 9w lights do not reliably turn on unless the dimmer is on high and then they flicker at medium level. Then the 7w bulb has to stay on high. The electrician says the dimmers he uses cost him $70. So I dont think the Domus dimmers are a viable product.

It would've been better if you had contacted us directly with your problem you are experiencing so that we could have assisted you in providing a possible suitable solution as there can be many possible causes for the problem you have encountered such as off peak power to name just one possible cause, which would not be a fault of the products themselves as off peak power supply is often the cause of LED flicker and can be remedied with the installation of a FILTER

A great experience

Ordering was very simple with a very helpful agent assisting me.
When I informed them that one of the lights did not work they immediately sent another and will arrange to have the faulty light picked up. The lights work as described and were easy to fit.

A company that cares about customer service

After a misunderstanding about measurements, the staff at Online Lighting bent over backwards to resolve an issue that most businesses wouldn't bother with. Very impressed with their focus on customer service, would highly recommend.

Please be advised that the person who placed your order for the floor lamp had to acknowledge that the floor lamp would not be available until a specified date before being allowed to proceed to the checkout.

Perfect service

This was my 3rd order in 10 months. Easy site to negotiate, details and pictures of products excellent. All 6 lights I have ordered are perfect, very quick freight, usually within 4 days (even to Hobart!) Thoroughly recommend.

When I rang to ask about the item I wanted to order a very helpful young man assisted me. He was very helpful and very pleasant in his manner :) . I ended up giving the order over the phone. When the item arrived it was safely packed and in good condition and excellent value. I was very pleased with it. Thankyou for excellent service.
