From the initial phone call with a really helpful and lovely woman who did all the math for me, to the delivery two days later, I couldn’t be more pleased.
Beautiful, healthy, lush green turf arrived at the advised time, safely and securely packed. The quality and uniformity of the turf made it so easy to lay.
I really couldn’t be more impressed. The instant fix of the stunning turf has transformed my garden, I am even going to get an email when I can give it the first cut.
Until then I am very happy to watch my grass grow, and rest my aching back !

Delivery was a worry as access is not good, but I was assured everything would be fine and it was. The delivery driver was very helpful. I was kept up to date through out the whole process from start of order. Very happy the new lawn looks lovely and was easy to lay.

Brought from online turf to cover my front garden that was a awful mess and didn’t particularly pick the best week as it was sun all week no rain but it has taken beautifully I laid it myself took less than a hour and looks incredible I highly recommend this company.

Order placed for turf on a Friday afternoon and delivered 8:30am the next day. Great quality, dead easy to lay and after two weeks of being down is looking really healthy. We really couldn’t ask for more.

Ordered ShadeMan turf and it arrived right on time. The customer service team were fantastic to deal with, and the delivery drivers were first class. The turf has been down a week now and has settled in brilliantly and already looking great. Brilliant service from start to finish and would highly recommend.

Ordered their premium turf, gold rye turf. Delivery experience was ok as I always have someone at home, driver left on shaded area at 10.45 am. Gardener came to lay ot 2 pm same day. He was very unhappy as only 9 of the 24 rolls were good quality, the rest were thin and yellowish. Contacted the customer service and ,as others have stated , they just kept saying it is ok and needs time. However it is getting every day worse and there are many holes wothout grass and yelowing. Shame caise the 9 rolls are great and growing faboulus after few days.
I think they intentionally mix the quality as the best one were at the top which is what you would inspect upon delivery.
Contacted the customer service which again is trying to reassure ot will be ok so i asked the gardener and he confirmed there is no way to save it.

I will wait another couple of days taking pics every day to document the degrading condition on the 16 rolls and eventually if they do not offer a resolution I will be reporting the business to trading standards just to save other people from the same headache.
