Great turf. Fast delivery and the quality and price is brilliant. The turf was very easy to install and our garden already looks so much better. Communication about the order was great and even aftercare advice seems to be spot on. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to order, and lots of good advice on measuring and preparing for delivery.
Delivery was perfect and the delivery driver got the turf pallet just where I wanted.
The turf was freshly cut the day before and showed it. Easily laid and now growing nicely. Follow up emails reminding of how to care were welcome.
All round service as promised made this a great experience

Turf arrived on time, driver was helpful and pleasant. The turf has been laid and looking good. It’s a nice touch that guidance is given when to cut etc. Would definitely recommend this company.

This is the second time I've ordered turf from onlineturf. Turf arrived in good condition and delivery was hassle free.

Delivery attempted SIX days after it was originally scheduled. Requested a refund and 9 days on this has yet to be received. The company have laid the blame for that on my bank, saying it was processed by them on 14 April….. given I requested it and received confirmation on 7 April that it had been processed, I don’t understand why it wasn’t done when promised. I’m out of pocket by over £200. I’m pleased others have had a good experience but, honestly, this is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with.

Easy to order on the website. Minimum order less than most which was great for me as I only needed 12 square metres. Delivered next day and turf of good quality at a good price.

I have been tracking my order, first it was 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am. I had a labourer waiting so called the company and they advised there is a tracking issue it will come at 12-2. I sent the labourer home for a few hours and it turns up 5 mins later. Not Online Turf's fault but change your delivery company and communicate issues. Poor service that has cost me the money I saved. We moved all cars to make room for delivery and it's left on the road. Very disappointed
