I used to be a customer of Logic Supply, I'm glad that they kept the same standard of quality of service.
The hardware is well designed, well built. The only thing they could improve would be to offer more delivery choice to their international customers.

Solid product, well made.
There are some 100mm VESA mounting slots on the bottom which are not punched out, so VESA Mount not possible, had to redesign our instruments, which was a setback to our product delivery.

Apologies for any confusion about the functionality of the VESA mounting points. The holes are normally covered to minimize contaminant ingress when not being utilized, but can be punched out using a flat-head screwdriver. Give the pieces a few twists and they will pop right out. Please make sure to be careful during this step, as inserting the screwdriver too far can damage the motherboard.

After finding out that the product configuration we originally selected wouldn’t work ... Jarrett went to work and quickly reconfigured our box and more importantly he minimized the impact to our schedule.
I can’t say enough good things about Jarrett ...
BTW: We were amazed at how fast the configuration option we selected was removed from your web site ... preventing other potential customers from the issue
