Had an issue with our login and authenticator in an emergency when our site and email went down - got great support from Khrystyna and Mariia.
They helped us by actually changing our DNS settings for us while on live chat - this was super helpful and got our mail system back up again.
In fairness they use a chat system that is a bit intermittent but the "human" support can't be faulted - we are really happy.

I paid for my domain renewal, and the invoice shows as “PAID,” but the renewal status remains “IN_PROGRESS.” This creates uncertainty and stress, especially when the domain is important for business operations.
The process should be automatic and immediate after payment confirmation. There is also no clear communication explaining the delay or expected completion time.
I suggest improving transparency by providing real-time updates and clearer notifications when renewals are completed. Faster processing and better communication would significantly improve the customer experience.

Tried calling the support number in Singapore for support but realised the number posted in Instra website is wrong.
Decide to try the live chat suppport instead and got a reply from Nina. She has been very prompt and helpful in getting my email address changed. Tested working after the changed.

After completing payment for my domain renewal, the automatic activation did not work. My order status is still “In Progress”, and I had to wait more than 24 hours while my website was completely offline.
What makes it worse is that technical support is very slow to respond and does not actually solve the problem — they only say “under review” with no real action or timeline.
This caused a critical outage for my services and clients.
A domain renewal should be activated automatically after payment.
Extremely frustrating and unreliable service.

only domains was exceptional to deal with. They had a very helpful phone service. Now its a time wasting, no solution Ai chat bot. Over an hour wasted and still havent gotten anywhere

This company is never available, non existing support. I have 24 domains with them, what a mistake. Everyone I try to set up a new business email I encounter the same error, and then it takes 3-7 days to get close to finishing the purchase. Now they have always auto renewed my domains, except this time, and this is my main domain, but at least they then completely turned it off, during the weekend, with no support in sight, a useless AI bot, they might not even be ai… and I cannot even myself go in and renew the domain, and again, with no help from anyone. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. In terms of service I have actually never experienced anything worse than onlydomains.

Waiting for my dot.com.au to be approved. I have been a customer for years, never had to wait. You hav eall my details ABN, Proof of Address, Drivers License, Passport, Legal Documents - yet you still question me as an Australian wether I have the right to purchase a .com.au.
Of course I do, I have purchased many domains and services from you here in Australia over the past 5 years.
