A smooth efficient service. There is an app which can be used for all communications. Its easy to upload documents and stay in touch with your caseworker.

The remortgage was painful. Throughout the process, my point of contact was not available once (at all) via phone or email. The phone always went to voicemail. Documents for completion were sent through in no particular order or organised manner, documents that should have dropdowns to select (and complete online) did not have options and required being manually printed because they were not working. They did not provide any guidance and they even sent threatening emails about dropping your case because you had not fully completed documents but did not respond when you needed help. Remortgaging is important and needs to be done in a timely manner - please treat clients better. This is a misuse of power as a “licensed and regulated solicitor” firm.

This remortgage was a painful drawn out experience. The whole identification process, inputting of duplicate information is making a re mortgage very stressful and time consuming.

Communication when they needed info was good but got fed up having to send information several times as they claimed they hadn't received it. Also certain information was overlooked until the last minute. Seems a reasonable price. Also the. App had things outstanding that were completed.
