We have fibre from Openinfra. It took a long time between the initial contacts to ask if we were interested, and things happening, but that's sort of fair.
What is not fair is that we have been lift with a box that has blinking lights, and messed up grass in the garden. When connecting to the fibre "modem", I get a landing page. But no way of choosing an actual ISP. Any "beställ" page tries to go to (eg) bahnhof's webpage, which does no good as we don't have an ISP connection yet! Just a ####ing shambles.
Their phone number just gives a recorded message. Their support forum is a placeholder page. Their support email does not get answered.
Hopefully this will get a reply, or we will give up and start battling for a refund.

Beyond upset.
I live in the US, however I own a house outside of Stockholm, Sweden.
While in Sweden in June I signed up for fiber for my house. After some research I realized that the quoted price did not work for me since I'm not a Swedish resident and various deductions didn't apply to me, in addition I was in contact with some friends in Sweden that informed me that Open Infra is not a reliable Internet supplier.
I have sent 6 emails within the time frame to legally cancel my contract, I have called several times, there is no option to talk to someone, no replies.
I finally found this website and it seems as openinfra is replying to this site.
Open Infra you have my claim number (at least 7 times)
Please act like a professional company and reply and confirm my cancelation

Worst experience with an internet provider They have appointed by Uddevalla Energi to finalise the fibenet but claimed not to have me as, a customer. Now I have waited 2 weeks with no progress on sorting my IP address. They clearly don't care about their customers at all. I feel now that my only course of Action is to elevate to Uddevalla Energi senior Management and then to Konsumentverket if this is not resolved.

Simply the worst company I have come across, they can not escape their past by chaning name, this used to be called Svensk Infrastructure, new name same sad service, took them 9 month to connect a fiber in my home after having “lost” the order. Now it’s been 4 weeks without internet and Open Infra simply can not organize to send someone to fix the problem, it took them these four weeks to suggest the same solutions as they suggested on day 1, excuses every time I talk to them. A compleatly incompetent company.

Everything went as promised within a reasonable time frame 👍

Took 2 years to install but seems to be working fine. Had a few issues before the internet worked but they fixed it quickly and customer service responded well. That was before I paid the invoice. I can´t say there contractor RGG did a great job. The finishing after digging was not up to standard and I have cracks in my wall from them digging with a machine in icy ground near my house causing earthquake like shaking. After a few emails to customer service it has gone dead from their side but as I said the bill has been paid. This brings the rating down for Open Infra.

At this time I am set to be a customer... but recent events during the attempt to bring fiber to my area have given me major problems.
During the attempt to run the fiber line the contractors doing the install hit my water line and three weeks later repaired the problem. Now I have a water bill that normally would be $100 is now $400. The contractors have ceased to further talk to me leaving me with the bill.
I need someone from Open Infra to contact me to resolve the issue.

Getting internet through OpenInfra’s fiber network is like living in a third world country. I’m not exaggerating. I’m not joking. I’m not being unfair.
On average; you will have an internet outage every other week, each of which will last 4-6 hours. During the 4 months that I had the misfortune to experience OpenInfra’s services, their record has been 22 hours on a single outage. The runner-up was a close 20 hours. In the city center in Sweden’s second largest city.
That is usual for them. A way of life. They even have an app whose sole purpose is to show you the outages in the country. A dedicated app to show outages. Let that sink in. An app that shows outages. Because you will need a convenient way to check and follow the progress of outages. It’ll be your lifestyle.
I am lucky that I have another data outlet at my home so I could switch to another internet service provider that is not running on OpenInfra’s network.
There are those whose only option is OpenInfra in their home. Those are the poorest of souls. I feel for them. Deeply. I hope they can move to a new place as soon as possible. I wish them strength until then.

I am a new customer, Open Infra just commisioned fiber to our home but has been extremely bad service since than! No way to speak to anyone for clarifications on the Invoices, emails are never replied even after 3-4 reminders. If this is the situation to start with, I already regret the move! Not able to comment on the actual internet quality.

They have delivered a working fibre connection to our house.
Their pricing was fair considering the rest of the market prices.
The work concerning the digging on our property and the installation of the hard ware was handled very smoothly and professionally when they did it.
-
The projected time from start to finish was clearly not well estimated since the project dragged on for well over a year over the planned finish date.
The deal that we signed was a bit unclear on "hidden costs" if you should choose the option to make monthly down payments due to them handling this through a credit loan company.
All in all since we already had a working internet connection while waiting for this project to be finished, it was an OK experience. Had we been without internet during the wait time it would have been very frustrating
////////
A small disclaimer that we have only used the fibre connection for about a week so far so I can't make any comment on the quality of the fibre other than that it works well so far.

This company has to be the worst company I've ever worked with. We have been in contact for almost two years to get fiber installed, and to this day, it has still not happened!!!!
Impossible to get a hold of and the people doing the installations are overworked and incompetent. A guy coming to do the installation at my apartment didn't have the key to the fiber box outside so he couldn't complete it?
I cannot fathom how this company is still running, but one thing is clear: apparently this person has NO CLUE how to run a company or take care of their customers.
Whew.

So far it's been great. Install occurred within about 2 months, though we had understood it would be six months. Service is getting 800+ mbps on speed tests

Impossible to get hold of anyone in person and no replies to emails. Promised installation date it turned out had not even been added to their system and now can't get hold of anyone at all to arrange installation. Feels like a scam company.

En organisation som är under all kritik både gällande grävning o samordning mellan entreprenörer

No issues whatsoever.
The only requirenment I had was to a delay start of 6 months after the instalation, and it was addressed.
