Updatd review from me.... Once i reached the deadline for cancellation...I cancelled... they told me it would be 30 days before I received a refund.. Never got it... they wont answer calls or texts.. this is an absolute scam... do NOT SIGN UP FOR IT....
They never sent me one single lead. Charged an upfront fee and then told me I had to wait 120 days to request a refund. After requesting a refund, they told me I have to wait another 30 days to receive a refund. I never received the refund of course and had to go through my credit card company to get the money refunded to me and they stopped answering my emails. Totally a scam company.
I purchased service from Leads Shore.
Per the agreement, I was to receive a full refund after 120 days if the promised results were not delivered. Unfortunately, that has not happened.
I received only 2 leads at the beginning, and neither was useful or qualified. After that, I did not receive meaningful service consistent with what was represented.
In addition, my calls and emails requesting refund, assistance or resolution have gone unanswered.
Was contacted by their rep in Sept, paid my sign up fee, and did the onboarding. I have never received a lead, I have reached out multiple times, and have not received a lead or a refund. DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM. IT IS A SCAM
BEWARE! “Michelle Parker” from Optera Reff sends out annoying and unwanted SPAM solicitation texts, despite being on the federal Do Not Contact list. Also, their company has no physical address listed on their website, SUSPICIOUS!!
UPDATE: now “Jose” from Optera is deluging me with texts, the harassment never ends! :(
