This company are huge scammers. The worst experience of my life buying some tickets to travel. I paid the tickets in the first days of April to travel in the first days of August , I send them Imail I call them by phone and they do not answer me, they are HUGE SCAMMERS… ..

Total scam
I have been waiting for refund since December I never received any tickets, they have to confirm everything which I did and I have been told I would receive the refund in 5 working days, 30 days,90days and now is 180 days, it's been more than 180 days now and I haven't received no refund. No reply to my emails.

It’s a scam ..

It’s a scam ... please don’t book any ticket through it. I lost my money and requested them several times, only receive auto reply. It has been almost 6 months.

Total scam

Total scam. The tickets were purchased in February,2021 and the flight had to be in June, 2021. They had been sending all the time emails that the payment is ok and the reservation is confirmed and that we will get tickets 5 days before the departure day. We have constantly mailed them asking to send tickets but always got same automatic answer. Few days before the departure they sent mail that they can't find our reservation. When I provided screenshots where they confirmed payment and confirmation of reservation, they sent mail that ourbflight is cancelled. I called Turkish airlines and the flight was NOT canceled (!!!), but our names were not there. When I wrote back to Orangeflights asking what was the reason for cancelation, they sent back again some automatic email. Now they don't want to refund the money. This trip was obligatory and because of this scammers we lost money and can't afford at the moment second reservation in other place. Nobody answers either phone or mail. Please, people, do reports to the police! I am going to contact Interpol.

they are scammers !!

they are scammers !!! book a flight for the end of February, I received an email saying that I would receive my ticket in the following days, and then they wrote me saying that it would not be possible and that I would receive my refund in the following 10 days ... almost 4 months later and I have not received nothing and now they no longer respond to my emails ... total scam !!!

DONT TURST THEM... SCAM !!! see emails below
They are thieves. they let you pay for tickets and they tell you you will receive tickets as soon as possible( see first and second email) but they won't give you any tickets instead they will tell you that your flight is canceled and you will receive your money back (see third email). Now after 2 months waiting they send another email that they are not obligate to send any money back (fourth email) !!!

Through Trustpilot they asked for more…

Through Trustpilot they asked for more infromation. I would not know why I would put more information. They know accectaly what they did or better what they did not do. We are hard working people and they messed up. Criminals they are stealing money from people and then tell you it will take 120 days to get it back. 1653 euro is a lot of money for us. Plus the costs of new tickets 2500 euro that is more then 4000 euro that they cost us. Really no words for that. And I will make bad reviews untill I get my money back. So dont book at Orangeflights

ABSOLUTE SCAM!

I’ve made a booking to fly from Thessaloniki to Manchester via Dusseldorf.

First they told me that my refund is on its way, now they’re telling me I’m not eligible for a refund.
The worst travel agency I’ve ever booked a ticket.
My friends, colleagues and relatives are definitely going to know about this unacceptable behavior!!!

These are big time SCAMMERS!!!

They are a big SCAM operating under the cover of this pandemic to defraud as many people as possible and then go underground.
I booked Delta Airline flights with them in June 2020. Never got any tickets and cancelled in November 2020. I was told my refund will be processed in 30 days according to their terms and conditions. After 30 days it was moved to 90 days. Up till now, no refund. I've even discovered that the account to which they usually request payment transfers in Belgium is not with a regular bank but one of these fintech arrangements. I am currently following through with all available apparatus to secure my refund and expose them for who they really are - HIGH LEVEL SCAMMERS!!!

STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND 7 MONTHS LATER

I had flights booked in September which were cancelled. I have lost count of how many emails I have sent and still no refund. You cant get through on the phone and no one answers email apart from an automated response. Rubbish company would never use again and wouldn't recommend either

Why do Orangeflights not accept Credit Card payments and only seem to want bank transfers?
Thank you for your reply but... I have attempted different credit cards all of which are valid and get the same response... 'there is an issue with the card or our system at the moment, please use bank transfer'.
If you do accept credit cards it would seem that your card system needs some attention.

In my case

In my case, they did not issue the ticket to me after I made the payment through bank transfer. and even promised to refund the money as soon as my transfer reflect into there company account. and it has been more than 6 months now. they have refusing to refund my money to me.
