I'm waiting sinds february to receive my refund..I've sent them an email but it seems their e-mail address doesn't exist anymore and their website as well..

They are liars.No tickets, no money back. Pls dont buy tickets via this company.
There already passed about 90 days - no answers, no money back. I have received only 34 Eur, still waiting for 588 Eur.
I am from Lithuania and i found fiew people from my country who booked tickets via this "company". They didn't get their money back too.

Great prices but cards constantly declined and unable to purchase
I have been trying to book a flight for over a week, my debit card and two credit cards keep being declined. There is sufficient funds on all 3 and the details are entered exactly as held by bank and i've also checked with my bank to see if there any problems, which there are not. I've emailed repeatedly about this and requested to pay by bank transfer and I've had one email back saying my flight has been updated, no offer of help. I've never had a problem paying online with my debit card or credit card, all I want to do is book and pay for a flight and I still haven't been able to purchase the flight requested. I've tried to call too and the numbers are not recognised!!! The web site has pop ups saying someone has just purchased a flight and how easy it is, but I'm finding it very frustrating when all I want to do is buy a ticket and the site wont let me. The bank asked me is this a reputable site? I'm beginning to wonder!!

Still trying to book a flight, one person is not doing a round trip, I cannot figure out how to do it online and you customer service line said they are not doing bookings. or they are busy which is really frustrated things!

Definitely dodgy
Definitely dodgy. I just called my bank and have 12k+ available on my credit cards, and 9.5k on my debit card. They have just confirmed that all the cards are active; WITH NO BLOCKS OR REQUESTS FOR PAYMENT made on them.
Which means that Orangeflights website didn't even attempt to withdraw payment from my card.
Rubbish. Don't waste your time or risk your financial details security.
