Waiting almost 1 year for refund without any communication. STAYAWAY from this booking site.

Now said non refundable after this communication - I rest my case.

Please note that despite we process refunds very quickly (in 1-2 working days) it usually takes time for the refund to reappear on your credit/debit card balance.

According to our policies [1] it can take up to 90 working days, but it usually faster (it was normally 30 days, but was extended because of the COVID-19 related cancellations).

I am still waiting for my refund booked tickets in June was told it would be refund in 30 days due to corona!!!It is now October stop blaming corona!!!I want my refund now.

I have paid them 18.2.2021.they send my reference number but until now I didn't get ticket. I have send them many emails and answer is automatic from computer that your flight is confermed and secured. But they have not send me yet ticket. I have been trying to call them everyday but the recording is no support agent is available now. I have booked flight 8.3.2021.lets c will they send me ticket or its fraud.

Update : It has been 7 months ,Orangeflights cancelled my flights, promised a refund as stated in their policy and till today, they have not given me my refund nor contacted me. The refund has been in the process for the longest time! The refund was suppose to be in a few days, then 30 days, then 60 days and 90 days and till now, nothing!! I have written an earlier review in December about this FRAUD. The person that dealt with my booking was a man. I am starting to wonder if this is a o

Orangeflight cancelled my flight tickets. My booking was valid as I checked with the airline. Orangeflight did not book the luggage as they advertised, booking comes with luggage check in.
Again Orangeflight lies and says my flights were cancelled due to Covid restrictions! This is not true as there was No Covid Restrictions at that time! There was a legible ability for refund too, according to the airline! Orangeflight are thieves!

Fake good ratings and all these good reviews are self made up in order to make people fool and take money from innocent people. Never trust them and never ever believe on these fake reviews. Please people do not make any payments to them they're big fraud... Scam only.

On August I booked tickets from orangefligh.com.
But they dint sent me the tickets and I booked from another company in order to make my trip.
Until December they reply on my e-mails that my money refund is on process.
Today in a comment here in trustpilot they reply
"Hi! Please be informed that your booking has been cancelled and was non-refundable."
No refundable??? why? If i asked them they will never reply.
So I will communicate in every social media and trip advisor reviews that they are thieves!

Big SCAM company and I'm wondering how they still operating?!?!?

My refund haven't been given to me since August 2020.
It's all computer operated it's a scam!
The card payment doens't work so they ask you to make payment through bank transfer so then you can't claim back the refund from your bank.
They answer the same operated message and it's suspicious only good reviews here are from USA all other bad reviews from anywhere else but the USA
KEEP AWAY from this SCAMMERS! I have already reported them and are under investigation.

Hi everyone, don't buy any fly ticket with this company, they take your money and a day before your flight, they will send you an email to inform you that your flight is canceled due to COVID 19. I didn't bought ticket from this company because was cheaper, I just was stupid to trust them.
Anyway I've bought another fly ticket in the same day, the same airline which Orangeflights said was canceled.
Now I'm waiting my refund, don't trust them!
If I become my refund I'll be back with a new review to let you know!

Unfortunately I would say it's not very trusable website.If you contact them by website than you get reply immediately back in your email that Thanks for contacting Orangeflights! Your request (Ticket ID: 741572) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. We work every day and will do our best to reply to you in the next 24 hours if a reply is needed.
I asked to refund my money and wrote almost four times for 5 days but nobody is replying me.So it's mean they don't have any interest about your problem.I suggest to stop making new reservation maybe you see cheap price but afterthat you get problem so it's better purchase with some higher price but trustable company.

Update from July
Still no money returned for our flights to heraklion.
Apparently they have processed the matter and it is now resolved, they still owe us £788.
If you use this company expect to lose your money.

BEWARE!! CHEATERS!! Orangeflights cancelled my flight bookings in August 2020 as THEY were not able to issue my tickets 2 days before departure! Their reason, their employees were hit by covid and working from home. I tried to be understanding of their situation. I checked the validity of my ticket with the booked airline itself. Everything was legit up till, no pieces of baggage were booked with the airline, via Orangeflights! as stated on their website, prices inclusive of check-in baggage. I could not get my e-tickets from the airline directly as Orangeflight booked it and so they had to issue the e-tickets. My tickets were booked in July, several weeks in advance prior to departure in mid-August. Orangeflight Cancelled my flight booking and asked me to book with another airline. They assured via email, they would cover any extra cost incurred as flights were much more expensive and they would refund me, in normally 2 to 3 days, then they said 30 days, then 60 days, then 90 days. It has been well beyond 90 days!! I still have not had any news from them about my refund. No one replies from customer service, unable to contact them in any way. I could not pay by visa cards either nor anyone in the family. I don't think not paying with VISA or any payment possibility advertised by them, has anything to do with their claims of "declining payments security reasons...to prevent fraud" I wonder who is the Fraud in this! Only bank transfer to Orangeflight was possible, despite several attempts to pay with any possible credit card. I would like to have my refund back!! And I also speak on behalf of others who have not had their refunds for months now!! Orangeflight claim they are not scammers, cheats, crooks, thieves, then why is there no reply to the enquiries on my/our refund?? Why have you not refunded people? and Orangeflights keep saying to contact them at their support but only an autoreply is sent with no further review and update. Has anyone actually got their refund ever from Orangeflights?

SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!!! They are steeling your money!!

They offered me a very good price for a flight to Rio in August but somehow when I tried to pay with credit card it got declined and their customer service said I have to wire the money to their account. It was weird but I still didn’t think it was so bad.

Then they haven’t send me the ticket yet saying that they can only assure these cheap fares if they issue the tickets few days before the travel. Now here I got nervous. One week before my travel I demanded my tickets then they said unfortunately there are no available tickets so they cancelled my booking. I will be refunded.

I am still emailing them to get my money back from 4 months ago. They said it can take up to 3 months to return the money. Now they don’t even respond anymore.

Never use this company and spread the word, it’s a big scam!!!

Beware!! Do NOT use them!! This website is a SCAM! They have stolen my money! I booked a ticket for an incorrect date as I was under stress after receiving news that my father was in hospital! I canceled the ticket and requested a refund the same day! This was in September... they told me to wait 90 days due to covid but despite having waited 90 days I have NOT received my money back! I now have to proceed with legal action to try get my money back!!! They ignore my emails! I even tried to rebook another flight with the money I paid but nothing! Be warned, do not get scammed! BEWARE. This website is a scam. They make you book and then decline your credit card payment and go on to ask for a bank transfer to a Belgium bank account. I tried booking this with 5 different credit and debit cards so their goal is to get a bank transfer and never likely refund you if there is a problem. Credit cards are easier to track and companies investigate fraud easier, likely why payments are getting declined. Also, even worse. They have a customer service number 8557711175 that you can call and they NEVER answer. I tried calling and left messages for 3 days. It asks you to leave an email and phone number. But never heard from them. If that’s not shady then what is???

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! If I could choose zero stars then I would! Having deciding to use orange flights based on their free cancellation policy and refunds within 3 days during covid for my flight back to Australia seemed stress free at the time. But I was so wrong! Unable to get hold of orange when the border restrictions changed to enter Australia to change my flights. No one returns your calls or answers the customer service number and emails responded weeks later. I am still waiting for a refund of £970 from July!! No communications regarding policy changes only when more emails are sent. 30 days return, 60 days now 90 (working days) I am now on day 85 and still no money when all emails say pls allow 3 working days. Such poor service and a lot of money to go without in difficult times.

Update; now on 1/12/20 with still no refund credit to my account. I have sent various emails and no reply yet and no one ever available on the customer service number.

I have been trying to get a full refund due to Covid restrictions 3 months ago they keep sending my an automated message telling me that I have to wait 90 days for a refund so disappointing, I will have to take this further.

Stay away from this site!!!! August 2020 I tried to buy tickets from them to USA, transferred 528 euros, they could not manage to get the tickets. But worst of all that they confirmed the refund ant would not do it. Every time I contact them by mail, they keep sending automated replies that due to covid19 the process will take unpredictable time. This is disgusting to trade online on one hand and to rob people on the other.. Shame on you guys!
Don't transfer money to them unless you want to throw them away!!!!
Update for May 2021. They still have not issued a refund after I repeatedly applied for it on their help center. It has been 9 month already...

The most reviews here is fake . Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!

I've waited for my refund for almost 2 months and I keep emailing them but all I keep receiving are automatic responses. I wonder if this company is really legit. Dont be deceived by their cheap offers.
