The dimmer switch on a group of attractive undercabinet lights stopped working after 4 months. Even though the warranty technically did not cover the parts in question, the company agreed to replace them free of charge. Great job!

Fast shipping with good tracking. Lights work well and customer service was great at taking care of additional items I needed that I thought came with it.

Customer service was amazing. I had questions on installation of a dimmer control of a strip of low voltage LED lights. The responses were clear, detailed, friendly and prompt.

It’s terrible, and I can’t even begin to express how speechless I am. Please don’t get into trouble like I did. You’re likely to receive your product after 60 days.

My experience with Orbisify mirrors many of the negative reviews. The site claimed over 140 units were in stock, yet my order was delayed due to “fulfillment issues.” They provided a revised delivery date, but when that date passed, I received no update at all. Charging customers before an item is ready to ship and then failing to communicate is unacceptable. If a company has stock or fulfillment problems, transparency is the minimum standard. Thankfully this order wasn’t for a client—otherwise it would have damaged my professional credibility. I strongly recommend reading recent reviews and proceeding with caution.

They delivered it outside of my gate, and so I never received the package. When I asked for them to honor taking care of the $19 order, the customer service rep replied:

We will not be replacing the order, you left bo clear instructions on where or when to deliver the order, the delivery company delivered where they had access.

They replied, "Best regards!" What an FU and horrible customer service. They should be ashamed.

100% not true. In my 20 years of receiving packages, this was the only one stupidly placed outside the gate, and they are not taking responsibility.

I don't think it is a good business practice to offer terrible customer service unless Trustpilot calls you out to take action and then offer a solution to the customer.

I just received their 40-inch LED cabinet light and couldn't be more pleased. Their customer service was quick to answer my questions before I placed my order. But what's more important, they responded within an hour when I had a question about the light once I received it. Excellent customer service! I am using it on my mantle, tilted up slightly to illuminate a large oil painting that hangs over the fireplace. The uniform lighting across the picture is much nicer than the uneven lighting from traditional spotlights. The low profile makes the light fixture nearly invisible. Super-easy setup and installation. Well packaged. The light is protected in a pvc tube. It is everything I hoped it would be.

I was hesitant about buying under cabinet lighting online at first but am so thrilled I did. The Orbisify team were quick to advise and provide their recommendation based on our kitchen drawings, with all parts included. The shipment came in a timely manner and I couldn’t be happier. These lights impressed our contractor and most importantly, my husband!

orbisify support helped me figure out how to link two light bars together when I got stuck during installation.
They replied quickly with clear instructions, and now everything works perfectly and looks professionally done.

The team at Orbisify is very responsive and helpful. We had question before we purchased the Slim LED Light Bar and someone answered our call and helped us through making a decision. They also called back a few days later to see if we had any additional questions. Once we purchased, we realized we made a mistake in our measurements and the team was helpful in us returning and getting a refund. Highly recommend as the team is super helpful!

Missing parts, poor quality, and slow resolution

I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered about $300 worth of items, and multiple products arrived with missing parts. I contacted customer service and was told replacements would be sent, but even after 10+ days nothing arrived.

This company feels like a middle vendor with no real ownership of quality or fulfillment. The product quality is cheap for the price, yet the items are sold at a premium. For what they charge, I expected far better materials and service.

Honestly, you can find better-quality products for less on Amazon or elsewhere, with faster delivery and easier returns. I would not order from them again.

The glass shelf LED edge‑lit channel from orbisify makes my display cabinet look like something from a high‑end store.The way the light travels through the glass is gorgeous, so this is a solid 5 stars from me.

Great customer support and products.

I ordered a 12v led strip kit, it came in a timely fashion, ultimately I learned I needed a 24v kit and wanted a warmer color than I ordered (not Orbisify's fault) and they understandingly helped me out. Gonna be shopping with them for future LED projects.

I ended up returning the product but it seemed like high quality. Customer service was great, very responsive!

I'd give the lights 10 stars if I could! I don't understand the negative reviews at all. I am thrilled with my small purchase and the immense difference it has made in my life. Lighting is critical to one's well-being, and my under the cabinet lights are fantastic. Thanks so much for making me happier!

Orbisify has the easiest bunch of lighting kits out there! They are easy to install and provide a LOT of flexibility. I highly recommend them!

I used the ultra‑flexible silicone LED neon strip from Orbisify to add a soft glow under my shelves and I love how smooth and dot‑free the light looks.Because it’s so thin, it hides easily and just leaves a clean line of light behind.The strip bends around corners without kinking, which made the install way easier than I expected.I also like having the option to choose the color temperature so it matches the rest of my lights, overall, it feels like a simple upgrade.Overall, it feels like a simple upgrade.
