I needed some LED light strips for my undershelf HO scale train layout. Tried white and cold white...cold white did the job. When I asked Orbisify if I could exchange the white for another cold white, they said they would ship the next day, and also give me a prepaid envelope to return the one I don't need.

I was so excited when I found Orbisify online. I am a designer and I needed undershelf lighting for a very large built-in I designed for a client. The product (Ultra Thin LED Built-in Under Cabinet Invisible Light Bar) came quickly. I was having the cabinet built in a different state from me and my furniture maker misplaced some of the pieces that came in the package. I spoke to Sarah, a truly great customer service person. And she was able to send me the pieces that were lost. And made sure I was getting what I needed.I will definitely buy from them again. Makes me want to design another bookcase!

Exactly the clean look I wanted. Routed a 6mm × 9mm groove and the tiny aluminum profile dropped in seamlessly. I chose 4000Kand it’s bright, even, and dot‑free thanks to the silicone diffuser. Everything i needed for installation was included (driver, sensorswitch, cables) was in the box, so no extra parts hunt.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
They charged my cc right away but the product never arrived. They don't have a number to call just an AI chat. I regret not having read the reviews earlier!

I ordered the wrong item the first time (there was nothing wrong with it, but wasn’t exactly what I needed) and the customer service was very helpful and got the correct product to me. We like the profile of the lights – they aren’t bulky and the cords are thin, not like the old ones we had that looked like regular extension cord thickness. Very happy with the product and the customer service.

Do not buy from them. Their customer service is terrible. I bought 3 different under cabnet lights and they only gave me 1 transformer and 1 on/off switch. Their site specifically says you get everything even if purchasing only 1 light. They told me more than once it would be wasteful if they gave more than 1 per order. I told them it is wasteful having multiple lights in different rooms that now can't be used.

Purchased six overpriced shelving light fixtures and they only included two power supplies. While multiple lights fixtures can be connected to one power supply, that wasn't possible in my case since each of the six fixtures were installed in separate rooms. I reached out to them and they refused to send additional power supplies, so now I'm left with four useless ($440) light fixtures.

I bought a pair of down pants. They were not as advertised in the listing. Not even close.

I have had to reach out multiple times to get any help. They claimed I would get a refund when I sent them back. I am way past the window of when they said I might expect a return. I have a tracking number to prove the return.

I will never order anything from this company again. It is a scam website with crappy goods. Shame on me for not doing my research before ordering. Trustpilot 2 star rating says it all!

I bought a molten basketball. Love the customer service. They respond quick and item was delivered in the time they have mentioned. Immaculate quality. Thank you so much. Will buy more. All the way from down under.

I have purchased numerous (5 orders) lighting products (not available anywhere else) and all my orders were shipped and delivered on time, Orbisfy's customer service was prompt and helpful and kept me informed. Orbisify is a good source for unique products, I can highly recommend them.

Horrible retailer. Horrible product (under counter light). Support is horrible. Scam.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. Placed an order and they claim to have delivered. No order received and they refuse to do anything even through I have video footage from the date of the claimed delivery showing no delivery made. I have filed a complaint with my state AG and encourage you to do so if you been scammed by this place.

I am making a custom set of bathroom mirrors and I had very specific requirements. The customer service team worked with me until I had exactly what I wanted.
And the product is beautiful.

I ordered 2 Happy Nappers. They did arrive on time but they are definitely knockoffs. They were shrink wrapped with no company name. They did not have a tag on them providing any type of care instructions. I had to search YouTube to see how to fold them.The quality was not what I was hoping.

Please do not buy from this company. They ship trash items and play game when you dispute with credit card or paypal. No free return as they stated on the website.

The company sold me a TRASHY knock off toy and a set of size LARGE dog boots that MIGHT fit a gerbil. They promised a refund and did NOTHING!

TRASH!!! I attempted to purchase a backpack for my son. It failed to ever arrive. Nearly ever day for entire month, their BS artificial intelligence chat representatives with cool/ridiculously fake American names like “Levi” told me that I just needed to hang in there and wait a little longer for my package. “It will arrive in 24-48 hours” they said EVERY time. It never arrived. I contacted my credit card company and requested a refund. This company should outlawed from doing business in our country!

Ordered under counter lights, was told order shipped and would receive tracking number, that was over 2 weeks ago. They responded to first chat with answers but have yet to respond to as why we still have not received tracking # or products. Oh and of course they already took $$ from our account to cover order...... Should have been more diligent and read reviews closer !!!

My product looks NOTHING like the picture..... I ordered 12/28/2023 didn't receive it until 1/11/2024......

I bought my grandson the Ninja Mutant Turtle Shell and accessories for Christmas. Unfortunately it was cracked. I immediately contacted Orbisify. They quickly answered my email an offered several solutions. We choose to get a new one. It arrived today and my grandson loved it. Thank you for standing behind your product. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service.
