Had an inquiry after booking as you could no longer upgrade coverage once booked. Using the email links from Contact Us, got a swift reply which answered all my questions.
Frustrating that the terms and conditions were in a floating menu, would prefer a PDF to download and print for detailed reference. You need that type of stuff should you need to claim. Prepare for the worse.

Orbit were good, Monza were AWFUL
Orbit car hire were great, just a comparison site I guess. Monza car hire who we actually hired off were awful. Incredibly miserable welcome to the Island of Crete, the car was awful, lots of damage and horrible to drive.

Everything was so easy
Everything was so easy, from booking the car, making slight alterations, finding their office at the airport, picking up the car, the car itself and the ease of return. It made our holiday as we were able to explore so much of the island. The van was in good condition, was good value and I'd happily use this company again.

Car I was expecting was a nissan…
Car I was expecting was a nissan Qashqai. The car that I got was a Dacia Sandero. In my opinion this is a much smaller car than the Qashqai ( I own a Qashqai). I also been charged for 8 days. I only booked 7 days and have confirmation of this. I expect this to be reimbursed. Collection & Delivery was good. Regards Pat

Straightforward no BS rental
The rental office in Athens was conveniently located and opened on time. A nice surprise is that they gave us exactly the car we asked for, not an “or similar”. The staff were helpful. The car was a little banged up but I prefer that to a new car with absolutely no scratches. Our little car was great and used almost no petrol. And the price was a good deal. Returning the car was a little tricky as we had to find a park near the rental office.
