The product was originally damaged during transportation & not delivered but ORDO responded to my query within a few days and promptly sent a replacement which was the usual great quality.

Absolutely brilliant product
Absolutely brilliant product. It’s been a long time since I last changed my electric toothbrush and this product is absolutely great value for money. It’s competes well with all of the big brands. The only slight issue, which is likely to be isolated to me is that the on/off button is a little sensitive. At times, you accidentally turn it off when you’re actually brushing your teeth. It’s certainly not the end of the world and doesn’t take anything away from the performance of the product. I highly recommend.

For personal tooth/gum equipment I always use ORDO appliances - electronic toothbrush, waterflosser and mouthwash - delivery service is great - for re-supplies never an issue. The waterflosser is the most powerful I’ve found and cost effective… the layout of buttons tabs may not suit everyone but once you get used to it - no problem at all. The toothbrush - ditto - I’m really happy with it.

Lovely design, but basically like a manual toothbrush
Design and pattern on the toothbrush is lovely. The toothbrush head isn’t great for a child. Going from an oral b to this has been a struggle it doesn’t easily cover all areas of the tooth like a round head brush with just the simple angle adjustment. You have to almost use this tooth brush like a manual toothbrush. Such a shame because the tooth brush is really aesthetically pleasing. Just does not work for us.

Not the best …
Very slow delivery from Amazon and have to buy these brush heads as have the Ordo toothbrush . The rubber bit always falls off the brush after a month or 2 , so really not good value as should not break any part of the head .
