Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, will reply days after chasing more than 2 or times if your lucky never dealt with customer service so bad. Wouldn’t recommend and still get a refund amount wrong saying VAT but waited almost 2 weeks to get a response on a refund I just gave up chasing the correct amount.

Simply the best!
I delayed writing a review on my Ordo Sonic+ toothbrush until I had used it for a few weeks so I could become familiar with an electric brush which I had not used before. It has been amazing and my teeth have been noticeably cleaner. I started on the sensitive setting and still prefer this for everyday brushing. The small head gets into every tight space and the brush is comfortable to hold. My only small criticism would be toothpaste and water running down the handle but this is probably more due to my style of brushing than the brush itself. The brush came beautifully packaged and I have since ordered replacement brushes and a travel box which all arrived in equally beautiful packaging. It is simply the best in all respects!

Travel case for Ordo
I ordered a travel case for my ordo toothbrush. It came quickly and is really handy. It protects the toothbrush whilst travelling and has a socket for charging the toothbrush inside the case. Im happy with it.

Poor customer service
I had placed an incorrect order which I realised as soon as I saw the email confirmation. I immediately wrote to customer services if this order could be cancelled and asked how I could refund. I received the incorrect order and I have not had a single response from customer services apart from the initial automated reply.
I had no idea customer service was so poor and this quite disappointed.

They are always out of stock of…
They are always out of stock of replacement heads. I ordered wrong ones on accident and couldn’t return. Always get sale emails but the heads for my kids’ brushes are never in. Going to switch back to battery toothbrush that spins.
