Rented The Hampton's in Rockaway Beach and the place was run down and dirty. Looked nothing like the pictures they advertised. We were sorely disappointed in the dishonest way the property was portrayed. Will not rent from OBV again.

Will stay again. We had a wonderful time.

Booked online, property was clean comfortable and was just right for a well deserved weekend with my wife. Will definitely use OBV again.

We rented a house on the coast and the hot tub did not work. We were frustrated with this issue but Linda and the team were understanding and responsive in resolving my concerns. Thank you

Hot tub was broken, beach was not walkable and house was musty.

The condo we rented was beautiful and clean. However, the shower in the second bathroom was inoperable because of a loose handle. When I reported this to Oregon Beach Vacations and asked for compensation, I was told that they were unable to provide compensation. They told me to contact the owner through VRBO. When I tried to contact the owner, she did not respond. This was a very confusing process and ultimately unfair to the renter. I hope someone fixes that shower before someone else rents the unit!

It was a great place to sit and watch the ocean or walk on the beach

This is the 2nd time we've rented a house from this company, they have always been fabulous to work with. Highly recommend !!!

We had a TEAM getaway... 7 ladies... and this house was perfect!
Everything we needed was there and then some! Great location, close to beach, quiet neighborhood, close to downtown and really loved all the games in the house to keep us busy while we were in!
We will be planning to visit this home again as well as taking my family there too!

No can opener, no heater in the bedroom.

We can't wait to stay here again, and highly recommend staying at The Waters Edge condos. The units are immaculate, easy to access, beautifully decorated and exactly what we needed for a weekend away. The staff are super easy to work with, and responded right away to any questions we had prior to booking. The complex is centrally located in Lincoln City, with easy access to the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants and shops. Thanks to Oregon Beach Vacations. We look forward to visiting again!

beautiful location, great experience and well maintained home

We've rented thru OBV previously and always had good experiences...but this property FAR FAR out did every other property we've ever rented! Three bedrooms plus a loft AND a game room! And even though it rained longer and harder than we have ever seen on the coast, we still had the greatest time cause we had such a wonderful, relaxing and well appointed house to stay in. The kitchen is so well appointed....we took so much stuff with us for preparing a turkey dinner and it was not necessary! This house came complete with a turkey roasting pan, mixer and all the dishware you could imagine! We have nothing to critique, nothing whatsoever negative to say about this property! You can be assured we will stay there again and recommend it to everyone we know! Beds were comfy, showers great, plenty of towels, plus washer and dryer....just can't beat it! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and just that much more to be thankful for!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Had trouble getting onto the internet. Were given the wrong information, and when we called the office they just told us the same incorrect information as written on our "house info sheet". They should have called us back and made more of an effort to make it correct, luckily we figured it out ourselves, and got on the next day! We would have loved an outdoor Jacuzzi. We thought the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable, not sure about the others! The dishwasher seemed difficult to use, as it was so silent (which is a nice feature) you couldn't tell if you had it on, because the door seemed to not catch.

One bed sheet had to be washed upon arrival.Found blood on it.Carpets were very dirty including black spots.Couch in living room needs to be replaced.Used this rental years ago and the couch was bad then.Several people thought the beds were too hard.

I have rented many beach homes and this was probably the only time there were no small quirks or unfortunate little incidents (IE: the owner creeping on the property, broken stairs, house halfway under construction without our knowledge, dirty everything)
My only negative comment would be that it's obviously dog friendly (slight doggy smell in one of the rooms), but that was what we were needing so it worked out just fine :)

We will definitely go thru Oregon Beach Vacations again. From booking our beautiful house, arriving to everything ready to go, fully enjoying the facility and views and checking out. It was a easy and pleasant experience.

We arrived and had to deal with no one. All items were taken care of upon our arrival. Condo was clean and everything was in good service. When we left, we cleaned up our stuff and went our way. At no time did we ever have to find someone or need someone to take care of something that wasn't right, it was right from the beginning.

The house was good. I was given the wrong address to pick up the key in Seaside. Actually, there's a key lock box at the house. Wasted time. I was told a week or so before our arrival date by Becky that the house would not be available due to construction. We scrambled to find another house. The next day, I was told the house would be ready. We saw no construction at the house. What was that about? More wasted time. Should we expect better? Like I said, the house was good.
