The down stairs had a very strong mold/mildew smell that hit you like a wall when entering the house. The kitchen was not stocked as well as other rental homes we have rented (dull knives, only an electric can opener that didn't work, and what was in there was terrible quality, ...) Also an old dry animal poop was found in the loft. The gutters were so full that they didn't do their job so it was a flood in front of the door.
The floor plan was great but the smell was terrible and it stuck on you ashould well as flared up my children's asthma. Not sure if it was because we stayed in the off season (November) and it was closed up, but there is not an excuse If it's rented out.

I especially enjoyed the HOT water in the shower, which has been sorely missing in every other place I have stayed in Oregon.

Stayed a few days over Thanksgiving, and everything was exceptional. The condo is beautiful, quality appointments, and very comfortable!
The storm at the coast was more than we could have asked for - high winds, rain torrents, hail, etc. Made the trip even more eventful.

When we go their it smelt like mold, the floors were dirty, Windowsill in middle room had not been clean for who knows how long.
Second bedroom we found a cigarette butt in the closet.
Upstairs window found happy meal box in the window note know one brought happy meals with them.
While walking around the house we found a beer can.

On Thursday evening we discovered a leak in the ceiling and called and the guy told us they would be there at 10:30am the next day no call and no show.
Provided with the wrong WiFi password.
Love the house and it was are second time staying their first time it was so amazingly clean and freah don't know what happened

First of all the "View" description should be changed from "Beach Access" to "Neighborhood and Trees".
Checked in Friday, found that there was no Wi Fi, on Saturday NO TV SERVICE, had to walk to the end of the block because no phone service at the house to call Oregon Beach Vacations Office. They didn't answer. Went to town and tried for an hour to contact them...no luck. On Saturday night the answering service said they would leave a message. They did not. On Monday I got someone who said they would send some one out. They came and did everything we already tried with the Dish service and said it would be repaired on Wednesday, the day we checked out. Broken toaster made it hard to toast bagels. On a positive note, it's a great place if you have kids lots of toys and games. Had no Wii station but had the games? As our party was all adults we will not rent this place again. PS. The Handy Man that came out said we would get a refund for the No TV service, we did not. UPDATE: We did get the refund for no TV and Wifi. There's lots of rentals with OBR that are very nice, we will rent from them again. Just not this house.

Bad things: Towel rack by tub has no screws and fell off, tub needs either a non slip mat or grab bars. Also, the stairs from the kitchen out need a railing.
Good things: someone had the heat turned on, thank you, VERY well equipped kitchen. Should let people know there is no dishwasher. Not a problem for us since we only two. Quiet area and close to everything.

The beach house was clean and spacious. 7 of us were more than comfortable. The fire place was my favorite spot and heats the house quickly. Would go again, would be comfortable for a long stay.

The house was very nice and clean. Great view of the ocean too. So nice to come back and relax after our outings. We will definitely be back!

My sister and I recently lost our mother so this trip to the coast was of special importance to us. We couldn't have received better service from Oregon Beach Vacations. Their online site is easy to use, we received prompt confirmation and check in information exactly when promised. The house, Three Bells, was wonderful. Fabulous ocean view, comfortable furniture and beds, fully equipped kitchen, with the exception of a tea kettle (my sister is not a coffee person). The only other issue was an antiquated VCR/DVD player that did not work and needs to be replaced. Most importantly, the house was spotless. We plan to book this house again for next year's trip. Thanks for providing us with a positive experience.

Everything was great; clean, cozy, and well supplied. My only complaint was the light outside the master bedroom. The blinds were not enough to block the light, and I forgot to bring my sleep mask. Were it not for that, the stay would have been perfect.

Clean. Quiet. Reasonably priced. Decent, if a bit dated. Convenient location. Nice ocean view and access.

Hiccups.....Upon arrival, key was not in lockbox as the instructions directed; had to call emergency number to obtain electronic lock combination. Obviously built before all our modern electronic/electrical devices, so limited plug-ins and several extension cords. We never did figure out the light switches to the overhead lights in the kitchen and bedroom; need labels or instructions. But generally decent, enjoyable lodging. Thank you.

The view from this rental was fantastic, we enjoyed spending time around the dining table where there was enough room to congregate and still admire the outdoors. During dry weather we could sit out on the nice deck and admire the view as well. The house did seem a little under stocked in the kitchen, no colander, measuring cups, baking dishes, cheese grater etc. and the dishwasher needs maintenance, but everything seemed clean. We did find soiled bed linens in the closet, that may be something the housekeeping needs to keep a better eye on and the garbage cans in the outdoor storage locker were overflowing when we tried to put out garbage. I called to alert someone since it is mentioned in the paperwork to call immediately if the garbage is full and listed a number that was supposed to be good during 'business hours' 7 days a week. I called at 4:55pm on Saturday as soon as we realized the issue and only got an emergency recording. Tried again at 9:30am Sunday with same result. Otherwise, great location, plenty of parking and a nice quiet neighborhood.

This was an excellent company to deal with. The entire booking and payment process went very seamlessly. My only issue was that I did not receive the actual home instructions (i.e., the door lock combo) until the day before. Wasn't a serious problem at all, but I had just expected it earlier.

The rental itself was excellent! All the basics were provided, even shampoo. The unit was spotlessly clean. I just wish companies wouldn't skimp on the quality of toilet paper, but I guess if that's all I have to complain about...

The condo is wonderful. Everything was in great shape and very comfortable. The only reason I gave it a 4 was when we got there a lot of the dishes had dried food on them. Not a big deal, I just put them in the dishwasher and ran it. Everything else was in tip top shape. We will stay again.

Excellent accommodations for all 6 of us. Great beach with excellent access. House had everything we needed.

This house is so close to the beach. Walk out the front door and you are there. Highly recommend this place if your looking for a nice quiet place to relax.

The house was cute, and clean. I love the fact that I didn't have to do a ton of chores when we left. I've stayed at places before that have you wash the bedding and mop! Not this place! Love it! It was only missing extra blankets but had 20 spare pillows to make up for that! And the BBQ grill was moldy... other than that, it was perfect! I look forward to coming back!

great house, very clean, comfortable, have everything we needed, only thing i could see that was hard was trying to get tv's to work on the cable side. but other than that was a great place to stay.
