I purchased a necklace for my daughter’s 40th birthday and when it arrived it was even prettier than I realised. Also the free gift of a bracelet was such a surprise and will be added to her presents. I didn’t know about Orli before but its items are very reasonably priced and delivery was quick and nicely packaged. I also have a granddaughter and nieces so I know where I’ll be looking for them 😊.

I bought a bracelet for a gift with the gift wrapping and a free gift. When this came I thought the original bracelet wasn’t delivered I contacted Orli and followed what they said by the following day it was sorted, I hadn’t realised there was another package in the box with the order in and the other bracelet was the free gift. I am so pleased with both items and the swift response and help given. I couldn’t recommend them enough and certainly would order again.

Order was received promptly.
Bracelet was beautiful unfortunately too small for my wrist..if bigger size available would have been amazing.Return process worked well.
I will definately use this company again.

The necklace was too tight so asked to return for a refund even though I loved the necklace. I was told they could make it longer which they did within a week of returning it no quibble or questions or extra payment. Absolutely fabulous customer service and support. Ordered a silver initial/birthstone necklace for a friend's 60th birthday. I haven't given it to her yet but it's lovely so I'm sure she will love it.

Easy to order wide choice and such beautiful items. Very good value. Bought two necklaces for Christmas for twin daughters they were amazed how lovely they were. I have now just ordered the matching bracelets for their birthdays. The packaging is also lovely

I love the beautiful jewellery and superb packaging. I started buying my sister and my mam bracelets and rings in the stretchy bead variety and now they are as hooked on them as I am and also I like the fact that they are silver and don’t tarnish like other brands that I’ve had xx
