The only reason I gave a 2 star rating…

The only reason I gave a 2 star rating was because the product was okay. Their return policy is ridiculous. I am in full agreement with the other reviews citing the return policy as their problem. Bought 5 pair for my husband. He wore 1. He asked me to return/exchange them for a larger size. The other four were in individual packages and never opened. I contacted customer service only to be told that if you opened one that the others couldn't be returned. Their return policy is ridiculous. Put an unbreakable seal on the bags they come in as proof they havent been opened. I am now stuck with $120.00 worth of unwearable underwear. Buyer beware.

Supply of the product was excellent

Supply of the product was excellent. Easily achieved the deadline for delivery.
The product itself is first class. I have a urinary catheter in place, sometime with catheter bags attached. The briefs supplied enabled me to get to Everest Base Camp in Tibet in relative comfort and dealt with leakages very well as they occasionally occurred.
An added bonus was how warm I was in outside temperatures of minus 17 at night.
I cannot thank Alice and her team enough for all the help and consideration o received to help me in my travels.

Order Number #4557 Kevin Molloy I had exactly the same response regarding returning unopened product. I purchased the 5 pack and sadly I ordered the incorrect size. I was hoping to change them. The company policy is no returns. This should be made clear upon purchase/website. Terrible customer service unless you are sure do not purchase from this company. Thank you for your reply as per our original email Only 1 pair of underwear was opened and yet we could not return the other 4 pairs that we unopened.

Our return policy is clearly stated on our website and is available in the footer of every page. As explained there, we do not accept returns for intimate garments whose outer packaging has been opened, for obvious hygiene reasons.

This information is fully transparent and not hidden in any way. In fact, some customers contact us before placing an order, and we take the time to explain our return conditions in detail so they can make an informed decision.

To clarify, we are not saying that returns are not allowed at all. We are simply stating that we cannot take back intimate items once their packaging has been opened.

No returns of unopened items. BE AWARE

Purchased a pack of 5 all individually wrapped Opened and tried on 1 pair and found them hugely uncomfortable. Tried to return the other four unopened pairs and they refused saying it is not their policy to accept returns of unopened items This was not clear on purchase. If returns on unopened items is their policy then each individual pack should have a hygiene seal to prevent this issue of leaving customers with unsuitable items
Very poor company to deal with
If trying for the first time buy a single pair or wave cheerio to your hard earned cash

This is my first try with this type of product.
This is my first try with this type of product. They will take some getting used to used to with the bulky feel and added warmth. I got them mainly for travel times when a bath may not be available when I need it. Should do the trick though

NOT worth the costs, period! Bulky and uncomfortable! Caused skin irritation, even though they were washed and dried per instructions included with the package. I knew it was a gamble buying stuff advertised on Social Media and shipped from out of Country, so lesson learned. AVOID wasting your money on these overpriced garments!

Very comfortable and reliable

I had prostate removal surgery 2 weeks ago and am working on getting back full bladder control. I tried various brands of incontinence briefs and Orykas are by far the most comfortable and reliable. I am ordering 3 more. Highly recommend.

Be aware of no returns policy

Purchased a pack of 3 ,this was a bad decision. I opened one pack to look closely at the product ,I ordered the light protection as I only have dribbling not incontinence . The pads are much too thick and bulky for my needs ,so I put it straight back in the bag (without trying on ) I have now been informed that I can’t return any of the products .My recommendation is DO NOT order a multi pack , just order one in the fist instance ,and try

First order to Orykas went astray! There was, apparently, a delay with shipping the orders out to the UK. I really felt that the UK office staff could have communicated a bit better on this situation, 8 to 10 days delivery stretched into nearly 7 weeks! However, they'll did offer me my money back, which I accepted, then lo and behold, the order of three pairs of boxers was delivered! I contacted the company and they said accept the refund and keep the boxers! Not what I expected, but thought it extremely decent of them to say so. Consequently, just a couple of weeks ago, I've taken delivery of another three pairs as the quality is great and, the confidence they give me that I'm not going to have any 'embarrassing accidents' when out and about, is wonderful. Thank you Orykas. 😊👍😊

No Returns if even one item has been opened. Takes forever to receive.

The XXL was too tight on my dads waist, 38", and way to big in the legs. I only opened one package but their return policy is NO returns on any items if one is opened. To maintain hygiene. That is ridiculous!

We are sorry to hear that the fit was not right for your dad. Fit can unfortunately vary depending on body shape, especially between waist and leg proportions, which is why sizing can sometimes be challenging.
This is why we have a size guide on every product page and also guide a customers prior to purchasing (via email or the chat function).

Regarding returns, our hygiene policy applies to all intimate garments and is clearly stated on our website. Once a pack is opened, it cannot be returned. This policy was put in place to protect all of our customers.

Unfit for purpose? leakproof boxer briefs…


I purchased leakproof boxer briefs marketed for people managing incontinence following prostate surgery.
Unfortunately, the waistband seam was rigid and prominent and caused significant discomfort in a post-surgical area, making the garment unsuitable for its intended purpose.
When I raised this, the company repeatedly stated the item was “not faulty” and refused to consider fitness for purpose. They also refused the return of unopened items on hygiene grounds.
I provided photos and explained the medical context but was unable to obtain a refund or meaningful resolution.
Others considering these products for medical or post-surgical use should be aware of this experience.

We discussed at length and, as explained, we replace faulty items (fortunately this does not happen very often).

In your case, the waistband was not to your liking, which we totally understand as every person is different. We reworked our waistband based on customer feedback and fortunately our new waistband is a great success.

Also as explained, we do not take back items that have been tried, for obvious hygiene reasons.

So, in light of the fact that the items your received were not faulty - albeit not to your liking - and had been worn, we did not take them back.

Scam artists

Scam artists. When I first saw the ad they proclaimed that they would help their customers with exchanges if the sizing or the underwear didn't work properly. Well, the product didn't work and when I contacted them they refused to help in any way stating that they cannot except soiled products. I used one out of four (for which I spent well over $300) and the others hadn't been used. I was insulted that they insinuated that I was returning soiled products! In fact two of the four were still sealed, and the third and fourth had been washed to be used for the first time . They out right refused to offer any help stating that they are a small company and it costs them too much to readdress any exchange! In my opinion they are useless liars and not worth the money or the hassel. Find some other company as, in my opinion, Orykas are thieves!

Underware sizes are way off

Underware sizes are way off. 6X is maybe a 3X at best. Orykas will not take returns or make refunds for faulty product. Stay away from this company!

12/19/25: Alice responded for the first time since ghosting on 11/11/2025. She asked for more info. My order #10148, dated 10/19/2025, was for $205.60.

At the time of ordering they DID allow for returns and refunds on unused merchandise. They have subsequently changed their policy. I will update this review as necessary.

In the meantime, potential shoppers: be aware that I and others have seen similar problems dealing with this company (read the Trustpilot 1 star reviews).

The warranty is a scam

The warranty is a scam. One star is way too much. I ordered XXL for a 42" waist. I tried on a pair to check for fit. They were tight right from the get-go. Tried to get information to return. Customer Service (Alice??) told me their warranty had changed and could only credit an unopened package. Why have a guarantee about size in the first place, only to change it because you tried to get an exchange for the wrong size?
I'm sorry, I picked this Brand to try. What a SCAM!

Delivery very slow

Ordered 29/11 it's now 17/12 and order still not received so even if or when they arrive they seem to have delivery issues. Reading other reviews their stock response is its with the delivery company ! This is a cop out as they could chase or change the delivery company if not up to standard
And now to cap it all they’re too tight but my waist was within the size I ordered! Can’t see how to query order either
