Absolutely safe and very nice client service. I received my order with Crobat family and the cave base. Didn't find the bat figures at first but with patient help, we finally found them. Everything is in perfect condition. Really happy of this purchase 🥰

First time ordering. Sadly due to changes in laws, some figures changed including what I originally pre-ordered. I changed my order, and despite not being at any fault I was given a discount coupon for the trouble and was helped to change my order. I got my new order a few days ago, double boxed, packed neatly by Alice21 in a custom box with shaped foam and straps, then again before shipping for extra protection by OrzGK.

Lucy was my OrzGK assistant, and despite the time zone difference, messages were almost always prompt and overnight, over the past several months. Very helpful! Happy with my order.
