I’ve not received my order yet - however just want to say how amazing the customer service is. There’s been a few hiccups with suppliers, however I have been kept well informed every step of the way, and honestly I have been blown away by the dedication, communication and care throughout this whole process already. I was looking for a specific candle, hence my order, but I will most definitely order from here again. They truly care about the customer experience, and that can be a rarity these days!

Absolutely fantastic company! The on line store is full of gorgeous things at amazing prices! I bought a green glass pear with sparkling lights inside and it is perfect for my bookcase.

I sent an email asking a question and received a very quick and helpful reply.
The following day it arrived!
It was exactly as described and looked identical to the photo shown on the web site. It was packaged well and inside it was beautifully wrapped in tissue paper with a hand written note thanking me for ordering it . Wonderful service ! I shall be recommending Oscar and Tilly to my family and friends and intend buy things for Christmas from them ***** 🤩🤗
